During your leisure time, shop next door at Reforma 222 Mall and explore the city by going to Chapultepec Forest or the Historic Center, both minutes away from the hotel. And don't miss the beautiful Basílica de Guadalupe and the famous Ángel de la Independencia.

Great place to stay in Mexico City !! The staff treated me very well, from check in to check out. The room was clean and comfortable and I felt safe while staying here. Next door to the hotel is a mall with very good shopping and dining opportunities, so overall, it was a very good stay.

My first stay, I'll be back
Yes, I recommend this property.
This was my first stay at this property in Silao and I was pleased with my stay. The staff was friendly and the room was very comfortable. I appreciated the newer feel of this IHG property since I had been staying at the other nearby HI Express which is extremely dated. I felt the breakfast could use some improvement with food choices and overall layout / presentation, but other than that I was quite pleased that I had made the choice to stay here.

We love this IHG property !! The staff is always so warm and friendly, the rooms are clean and very comfortable and there are good dining and shopping options very near by. Always my choice when I am in the area visiting family. This property is well located, very close to shopping and dining options. The staff is always warm and friendly and they treat you like family. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast area offers quality selections and a comfortable place to enjoy your meal. Very pleased with my recent stay, as well as my past stays here. Enjoy the best business experience at the Holiday Inn Express® Silao–Aeropuerto Bajio Hotel . Our location on Highway 45 provides easy access to the three main cities of the state: Guanajuato City, León and Irapuato . Also we are located less than ten minutes from the Bajio International Airport (BJX) / Guanajuato International Airport .
Automotive companies such as Volkswagen, Faurecia, Denso, Magna, ZKK, Plastic Omnium, American Axle & Manufacturing, General Motors and Lear are found all around the hotel; we have convenient access to main industrial parks such as Puerto Interior, Colinas, FIPASI and Castro del Río .
After work, visit Cubilete Hill, where Cristo Rey statue, Parque Guanajuato Bicentenario and less than 20 minutes you can find Mulza Oulets .
At the end of the day, relax at the indoor patio with a heated swimming pool or go for a stress-relieving workout at the Fitness Center . Find a comfortable working space at the Business Center and to hold special events we offer you fully equipped meeting rooms. As complimentary services, we offer Internet access throughout the hotel, a delicious breakfast buffet every morning .

Needs Updating
No, I do not recommend this property.
I have been coming here for business off and on for the past 15 years and this past trip it is obvious that the operator of this property hasn't invested any money to update the hotel. Same old tired furnishings, no electrical outlets bedside, unless you unplug a lamp, and, this is the only IHG property that I have stayed at recently that doesn't have the body wash and shampoo containers in the shower. My next stay in this area will be elsewhere, at a newer property, to see if the experience is any better.

Love this property ! The staff is warm and friendly, they treat you like family !! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the property is well located close to dining and shopping options. I somewhat don't want to post this review because I want to keep this as my little secret. Also, be sure to walk over to San Pedro centro and enjoy the great food within two blocks of the hotel. Taco Mode is our favorite place for great tacos !!
