Good service by staff
My only complaint is the breakfast since I am lactose intolerant I could not eat the eggs as both kinds had cheese.

Loud hotel

This hotel has a good location and pleasant front desk staff. It is extremely loud though. A lot of the rooms overlook the pool and the noise from the pool users is pretty overwhelming. Additionally, the pool closing time is not enforced so trying to have a peaceful, early night is not likely. In spite of this, I sent friends with children to this hotel last week. It is a great pool and families can and do have a lot of fun! My friends loved it! I just would not recommend it for couples or singles who are wanting a relaxing stay and some rest.

Felt better than home!!!

This hotel was amazing and was so awesome to stay at. We live in Utah, right down the street from this hotel actually, and just needed a get-a-way and we got it! It smelled amazing and the room was so spacious and comfortable. It isn't very often that there is a hot tub and swimming pool heated, outside, and open year round. So that was nice because my boyfriend loves pools even when it's raining outside. The breakfast in the morning was so good! The waffles were delicious and the eggs didn't taste like plastic, they tasted amazing. (like some hotels will use gross eggs). I have stayed at many hotels around the world and this one impressed me. I travel so much and so I know what to expect and this hotel exceeded my expectations. We stayed at the Staybridge in Anaheim right next to Disneyland and that one is also amazing! So if you ever go over there, definitely make this your hotel! Thanks Staybridge for the amazing experience. We will definitely come back again for our next staycation.
