They have a great staff and are very welcoming! Everything was clean and cozy. It is conveniently located close to downtown. The room was clean, and the beds were super comfortable! I can't wait to go back!

Very comfortable and the pillows are great

It was very close to downtown and had a great view of Nashville skyline. They offered free shuttle to downtown which was nice saves on parking. Or if your in shape it's a nice walk on a great day. So you can stop by the statum and walk on downtown. To bourbon st. Than come back to the hotel to relax in the hotel lobby or in your large queen size bed which is very comfortable. Best pillows I have had in a hotel in a long time. And all this for a great price.

We are located near many businesses like General Mills, Collins Aerospace, Ingersoll Cutting Tools, Exelon Byron Nuclear Generating Station and all regional medical facilities/hospitals of MercyHealth, OSF Healthcare/St. Anthony Hospital, UW Health (formerly SwedishAmerican). Would be 5 stars if the had coffee in the morning that didn’t cost $3.

It is inconceivable that a nice place like this doesn’t offer freshly brewed coffee for guests in the morning. $3 for a cup of coffee at the Hoffman House is ridiculous after spending $120 for the night.
Not they make me add more letters to get to 50?

Great hotel to stay at

We stayed here as a jumping off point to visit Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon. The hotel was new and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great as well as the automatic coffee machine in the lounge area. Highly recommended as a place to stay!

Great hotel. Poor service

The hotel itself was wonderful. The front desk staff during check in was rude and unhelpful. Breakfast left something to be desired. The food was empty at 7am and selection. Was small

Friendly staff and comfortable beds.

I chose the hotel at random hoping for the best…and I got it!!! The hotel is clean and modern, check in was a breeze, the staff was super friendly, the bed was soft and comfortable, lots of pillows, the room was clean and the shower was nice. There are two restaurants and a small grab and go food mart in the lobby with fresh food. The restaurant staff was friendly and the breakfast I ordered was great. Shuttle service was excellent. The hotel is in a remote area of the airport with not much close by but everything I needed was in the hotel. The room and restaurant prices were a good value.

Off season

This review is for the staff and the franchise holder. If you're going to charge over $30 more than your regular rate because it includes breakfast and a drink, don't you think it should be for the two people in the room? Otherwise it's buyi one get one free. And I don't play that game.. This was myopic on the part of management. You can't have the IHG logo in whatever form and behave like a motel six. You have a bartender in there who would be better served at the back of the house rather than the front as he had absolutely no personality whatsoever.. The microwave was filthy, for a long time. Breakfast was supposed to include two eggs with the biscuits, said so on the menu. They only served me one and then said that's the way they always do it. And finally, the water that was supposed to be hot for tea and coffee, was always lukewarm. Pristine facility somebody needs to be the adult in the room. It certainly wasn't the people that I dealt with.
