Cold Pool

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool. I booked THREE rooms. It was a meeting for family. We were told the pool water was changed the day before. The pool was WAY too cold to enter. It ruined our stay as we intended to enjoy the pool together. You collect our email addresses, WHY are we not notified in case we do not want to stay there. VERY disappointed. Staff offered nothing for the inconvenience. Other hotels state on their website when the pool is not in service. You list it as an amenity.

Unresolved AC issue and bad customer service

We were very disappointed with our 2 nite stay at this hotel. The AC unit went out in our Room 317 halfway through our stay. We reported the problem to office and nothing was resolved. The room was so hot, humid and uncomfortable but there was nothing we could do. We paid extremely high rates for this stay and my wife and i were upset and completely unsatisfied in the lack of help. At checkout, we wanted at least 1 night credited back to for the horrible night, but the office manager (Diana?) stated she could only give us future points credit- not enough to satisfy us for the horrible nights sleep. Won't stay here again with this type of customer service.

We had a great experience with the complimentary breakfast and workout facility. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t the cleanest with hair on the bathroom counter and on the sheets upon arrival. There were stains/unclean comforters. Bathtub with significant rust stains.

The hotel is dated. The elevators are scuffed up, hall and room carpets were dirty and appeared to be in-vacuumed. The room with 2-beds had one with prominent stains. The a/c return unit was rusted & they tried to paint over it.

Good location but not comfortable stay

The moment I came in the front desk told me my credit card didn’t go through and that I was lucky they kept my room??? I had a valid credit card in hand when I arrived. The rate was way too high for the room I got. Upstairs was noisy they put me right next to the elevator which is not on my preferences. Awful experience . The place has gone downhill since I stayed in January. Awful coffee was gross no food etc….

The room had clumps of hair on the furniture, a huge smear on the ceiling, our TV remote didn't work and I asked the front desk for help four times and no one came, there wasn't any coffee creamer except for the sweet kind, the pool was completely out of towels

This place should be shut down

The HVAC system is out since more then 2 month and they did not inform upfront. At checkin they offered to cancel but with a family u have to suck it up at that point before starting a new hotel search.

I should’ve got an AIRBNB

There was a ton of smoking/weed smoking for paying over 700.00 for two nights I should’ve went with my first mind and got a Airbnb. The rooms need to be redone the carpeting in the halls need to be cleaned or pulled up. They spray fabulouso on the floors to mop instead of truly mopping the floor.
