Lights out sleep in comfy awesome bed...

What a great place to stay downtown! The proximity to the monument, and lots of restaurants and the capitol is just down the street too.
The bed was absolutely amazing and allowed for deep comfortable sleep between the visit to Columbus for the architecture tour we were in town to visit.
Looking forward to another stay in the future soon.

The property is minutes from the premier educational facilities of Mercyhurst, Gannon, Edinboro University, Penn State Behrend, and LECOM. Hotel needs a lot of improvements both in condition and staff

The front desk staff was so unprofessional. Barely acknowledged me, was in sweat pants and t shirt and eating their dinner while serving me. My room was dirty, the fridge was a mess, crumbs on counter and floor. Old and beaten condition in room, furnishings and bath. Black mold around tub. Only one cart was offered for luggage and it had a broken frame and wobbled everywhere. Hard to push and turn.

Horrible service

Management is rude! Hotel is not staffed!
Pool was closed and we moved to 3 different rooms to get an air conditioner that worked! Fridge froze all of our food!

Valets Totaled our Car

Our experience at this hotel was overshadowed by a serious incident with their valet service. While our vehicle was in their care, it was totaled in an accident
We were left with no choice but to file a claim through our own insurance, which is completely unacceptable given that the damage occurred while the vehicle was under their supervision.
The lack of accountability and customer service has been incredibly frustrating. We expected better from a professional establishment. I strongly caution anyone considering staying here—especially if you plan to use the valet service.

Holiday Inn San Antonio Northwest

The Holiday Inn Northwest University Heights hotel offers spacious guest rooms and full suites, microwave and refrigerators in each guest room. Our famous hot breakfast buffet is a favorite, with the sparkling indoor pool, free internet, fitness and business center. With easy access to San Antonio International Airport, Military friendly, we are easy access to JBSA – Camp Bullis and Fort Sam Houston for our military groups and training programs. Our groups love to mingle and have "Ice Breaker" receptions at our Lobby Bar before going out to dinner at great local restaurants.

Bad Experience

Very bad experience when we arrived the front desk man no hace experience el pass my Card much times and block my reservation and we have to Pay an Otther rooms for that night.
The las night the hotel has a problem with Water and we have to move an other hotel at 11:00 night, the problem start at 4:00 and Cant repair the problem

Holiday Inn Brussels - Schuman

Holiday Inn® Brussels Schuman hotel, set on a quiet road, is a two-minute walk from Schuman metro station and brings you to the city centre within 15 minutes. Brussels-Schuman train station is a seven-minute walk away and offers a direct train connection to Brussels Airport every 30 minutes. To do so, take the IC2510 train to Namur & Dinant and get off at Brussels-Schuman station. In 15 minutes by car, you are at Brussels-Midi train station for all international train connections. The hotel offers parking for a daily fee. Do you do a lot of video calls? Stay connected with free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. You can walk to the European Parliament, the European Commission headquarters and the Albert Borschette Congress Center in five to 10 minutes. The beautiful Cinquantenaire Park, houses several museums, including Autoworld. At Place Jourdan, you'll find a kiosk with Belgian fries, one of the best in the city. Four metro stops away, in the city center, you can admire the surrealist artworks of the Magritte Museum. The comfortable rooms offer a pillow menu for a good night's sleep, and Kids Stay and Eat Free. Wake up to an American breakfast buffet with Belgian waffles and enjoy a snack from the international menu in the hotel's brasserie, Bar Del Mundo. End the day with a Belgian beer in our open lobby. Bed was ok

Wasn’t happy at all with the experience at the hotel. Still awaiting response from hotel manager about my complaint of a rat I had seen in the hotel lobby. Not impressed at all.
