Worst conference experience ever

This outdated hotel needs to be closed for renovations ASAP. The hotel had roof leaks everywhere to include at the front desk, doors that flew open when the wind blew that led to an old pool full of flies and gnats who flew in the room (door wouldn’t stay closed when we tried to close it), food was subpar at the restaurant and over priced, rooms were dated and rusty with cheap toilet paper that was grayish brown, faucet in the shower came out the wall when I attempted to turn on the shower, the bathroom door was to close to the toilet so you couldn’t use the bathroom and close the door without having to stand in the shower to close the door, etc. Overall a terrible experience.

Close to funeral home

This hotel was close to the funeral home, came for my aunt's funeral, it was a clean hotel, i just didn't like that i had to pay $30 per night for parking, also parking was a far walk from the hotel, i have bad knees just had surgery on my knee, that walk made it more painful, i would recommend this property, but me personally i would not come back based on no free parking, and long walk to and from the parking area.

Renovation Taking Place - Will be Nice

The renovation of the hotel will be very nice. We probably had issues because we were there before they finished. We did not sleep well because of AC and humidity issues. Other than this the room Reno was very good. Very clean and we felt very safe.

Good hotel, get ready to pay for parking

Hotel was Good. Upon arrival we were greeted by a walkie talkie stating please use someone will be right here. We spoke into the walkie and waited 6 min for someone to come and check us in. There I found out I was Misled from the app and website about parking my vehicle. Parking was no longer preferred at $15 a day but I seats “you will find your own parking we no longer have an agreement with the city” I was told. This was very dissatisfying after I drove 6 hours and I was not about to cancel my reservation and go find somewhere else to stay. Please do not mislead customers, honesty does wonders! You can make this right by reimbursing me $60 for the 2 days I could not find street parking and was forced to use the lot that Voco no longer can get for a discount. Your website and app both showed parking available for $15 a day, but as you know this is no longer true.

Your lack of a hotel shuttle service is absolutely crazy. It felt like I paid 30 euros round-trip from Lufthansa Terminal 1 just to stay at your facility. I will definitely use a different hotel on my next trip for sure. Hotel staff was pleasant. Waiter from Portugal was Amazing.

Our Hotel in Lebanon, PA Is Close to Everything We want you to stay with us on your next visit to Pennsylvania. We are situated less than ten miles north of the Pennsylvania Turnpike and only 16 miles from I-81. Our hotel's location is near Hershey, Reading, Harrisburg and Lancaster, as well. Hotel in much need of a remodel

The hotel is tired, the bathrooms have stains in tubs & toilet didn’t flush properly, water is slow, & towels are paper thin. Someone was hitting our door at 4 a.m. & when I told the front desk, he brushed it off. Elevator smells & shakes.

The staff of the Holiday Inn Express Salt Lake City location provides guests with outstanding service in many different ways. We truly love our loyal IHG Rewards Members & value their business. Corporate travelers appreciate the location and convenience of this hotel located two miles from Salt Lake City Airport & within walking distance of the TRAX new light rail system.
The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to various corporations including L3 Communications, Northrop Grumman, Avalon, Tac Air & Unisys. We are less than one mile from the United States Air Force Base, Boeing Company, and Chevron. 100% Non-smoking hotel and all rooms include microwaves & refrigerators. Leisure travelers love our beautiful Holiday Inn Express at Salt Lake City Airport, come create your next stay with us. Be smart stay somewhere else

Horrible hotel and I stay in a lot of them. I am Diamond Elite level at IHG. Didn't matter to anyone at this hotel, never even mentioned it.
I reserved two rooms you would think since they were both in my name you would place us close together. Nope complete opposite ends of the hotel.
When the lights in the parking lot came on they just about blinded me. Closed the room darkening shade and it was so old and had so many holes it looked like a map of the stars.
I believe the television was actually smaller than my laptop. The microwave had a dial timer. The furniture looks like it had been stolen from the dumpster of the hotel next door.
I hope IHG sees this and takes away there accreditations. I have stayed at motel six's that were nicer than this.

Poor Service and dirty

Room was poorly done, and service was also poor. By 930 I had housecleaning asking if I was done with the room. By the time I was grabbing the last of my items by 1030 I had been asked twice more if I was done. They then had parked their cart directly outside my room to wait. The pet policy was very clear but even with a carrier they did not ask if we had pets or that they would charge us a fee.
I paid extra for a third person in the room, but then not provided extra towels, or blankets and sheets for the pullout. We brought our own in to use the pullout and the mattress had brown stains on it. It was absolutely gross! My son wouldn’t sleep on it and stayed on the cushions on the floor.
I have stayed in three hotels so far on my trip and this place charged me the most and was the worst. I would never recommend this place.
