Our Holiday Inn Express & Suites is located at the junction of US Hwy 63 North & Stadium Blvd. The Hotel is excellent for the business & leisure travelers. Holiday Inn Express & Suites is located less than 2 miles away from the University of Missouri, MU Hospital & Clinics, Broadway Shops & Lemone Industrial Complex. We offer easy access to many area attractions including the Downtown District, Mizzou Football Stadium, Hearnes Center, and the Mizzou Arena. Our corporate or leisure guests from out of town will be able to get to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites from the airport very quickly. Our hotel is 100% non smoking, with large comfortable suites, indoor swimming pool, large spa & state-of-the-art Fitness Center as well as our updated Express Start breakfast featuring a gluten free option. We, also, provide 5000 sq. ft. of meeting space for small or large meetings & a business center for all of your research or printing needs! Make Holiday Inn Express & Suites your home away from home!

Management Lacking

Second time I stayed here due to its proximity to a facility I visit And requested daily cleaning first time they failed to clean the room two out of three nights that I stayed there, which I reported, and they Promised to do better They did not so I had to escalate the request to the property manager
Gave them a second chance stayed again just recently, Confirmed twice before exiting the check-in desk that they would do daily cleaning, but I encountered the same issue complained once they seemed more concerned that I had towels than ensuring the room got cleaned. It wasn’t clean the second night I just gave up.

Clean and comfortable - Poor Service

The hotel itself is fairly typical for a Holiday Inn, with clean rooms and good facilities. However, the service was quite disappointing. While the person next to me was checking in, the receptionist answered the phone during the process which was rather rude. When it was my turn to check in, I was not offered points or a free beverage, which should be standard for a Platinum member. The service did not meet the expectations I have for an IHG hotel, and as a result, I may not stay here again.

Disappointing Stay Experience at Holiday Inn Times Square, New York

I had a very uncomfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Times Square, which was especially disappointing given my status as an IHG Elite member and frequent Holiday Inn guest.
The first room had a mattress where I could feel the springs throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Additionally, the floor was sticky and unclean.
Upon reporting this to the front desk, we were moved to a different room—but unfortunately, it was even worse. The new room had the same sticky floors, and the mattress was visibly damaged with exposed springs, offering no comfort at all.
The room change process was also poorly handled. We were asked to vacate our 29th-floor room in the morning and move all of our luggage ourselves (we had five bags) down to the front desk. Since the new room wasn’t ready at that time, we had to leave our bags with the front desk and return later that night, around 10 PM, to carry everything up ourselves to the newly assigned room on the 33rd floor. No assistance was provided throughout the process.
When I raised concerns again about the condition of the second room, the staff offered another room change. However, I declined, as it was simply too exhausting to keep packing and moving, especially without any support from the hotel. We were in New York for a leisure trip to celebrate my parents’ anniversary and wanted to enjoy our time—not spend it dealing with room issues every day.
I have always preferred Holiday Inn for my business travel, and as an Elite member, I expected a higher level of comfort and service. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider my loyalty. What should have been a memorable and pleasant trip for my parents was sadly overshadowed by the discomfort and inconvenience of this stay.

Close to downtown Wilmington,Ohio the hotel is located close to the area's top companies, including Wilmington Air Park, Ferno Washington, Emsar, Alkermes, Ahresty and Clinton Memorial Hospital. We are just seven miles from Roberts Convention Centre, Roberts Arena and about a mile from Wilmington College. Rat/mouse found in room!! When called the front desk they just acted like I called about a Normal Tuesday afternoon to talk about a leaky water, had to ask what they are planning to do about the situation or if they were gonna put me in another room. Do better….

Welcome to the Holiday Inn Express Redwood National Park
The Holiday Inn Express Redwood National Park is located on scenic Coast Highway 101 and the perfect location for your trip to the Redwood National & State Park. We are minutes from the Klamath Jet Boats (seasonal operation only) and Trees of Mystery which are considered must sees on any trip to this World Heritage Site.
Our Holiday Inn Express Redwood National Park is only thirty minutes from the Del Norte County Airport and six hours from San Francisco International Airport and the only branded hotel located inside the Redwood National and State Park.

Expected better

For a tourist location this was not it. The room felt very outdated for the price, the bed was uncomfortable, all pillows flat, shower head put out a bad stream. The breakfast bar was mostly broken and we could not enjoy a meal.
If you expect cell service at a hotel this one is not for you, wifi was good though. There is very limited dining near the hotel and the closest is 19 miles away if you have specific needs or picky children.

Five minutes' walk from Norwich International Airport , Holiday Inn® Norwich - North hotel is 15 minutes' drive from the city centre. Alternatively, leave the car in the hotel car park, where parking is available for a small fee, and walk to the nearby Park and Ride stop for a bus into town, where Norwich station is served by direct trains to London. Park, Stay & Go packages are available.
The 12th-century Norwich Cathedral , with its soaring spire, and the masterpieces at the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts are both 20 minutes' drive from the hotel. The Norfolk Broads ' rivers and lakes are a 45-minute drive away. An hour from the hotel, enjoy a tour of the royal Sandringham Estate 's grand country house and vast gardens.
Business guests are a 20-minute drive from Broadland Business Park . At the hotel, seven flexible spaces, including an event suite with a state-of-the-art light show, can host functions for up to 600 people theatre-style. Audiovisual equipment free Wi-Fi is available.
In the Open Lobby Restaurant, you can start your day with a buffet breakfast, or dine on a juicy burger or a healthy salad. A visit to the well-equipped gym or indoor pool can help keep you fit before you relax in the jacuzzi, steam room, or sauna. Kids Stay and Eat Free .

The Charlotte University Hotel The Holiday Inn Charlotte University is north of Center City and right on I-85, making it convenient to the multitude of businesses and exciting attractions. Charlotte University City is a prominent financial center, and houses such businesses as Electrolux, AT&T, TIAA, Equitable, Norfolk Southern Wells Fargo, Walmart, Carrier. Atrium Health University City and UNCC are within walking distance. Finish the night with free Wi-Fi, and a movie on our 37-inch flat-screen. If you're here to get away from work for a change, we are just minutes from some spectacular hot spots as well! See a race at the Charlotte Motor Speedway or visit the NASCAR Hall of Fame. Sit under the stars at PNC Music Pavilion and hear your favorite bands or just go shopping at IKEA furniture and the Concord Mills Outlet Mall. I could put up with a box of tissues, rather than napkins, at breakfast, but being told I had to pay $25. For a taxi to drive me 1 mile to the airport when I was told there was 24/7 shuttle service was the final straw!
