The front desk, let us know very clearly that they would rather be doing anything else at that time. When they can’t get the details of your day correct and assign your room to someone else who walks in abruptly becomes a safety issue for both the occupant and the stranger.

Stay in comfort in our extended stay hotel!
Welcome to the 3-time Award Winning Candlewood Suites Fort Worth West , an exceptional extended stay hotel. Our accommodations offer both comfort and convenience for corporate guests, vacationers, relocation and military personnel. We are FEMA Certified!
Our hotel is located at I-820, just north of I-30 in White Settlement, Texas. We are a 3 minute drive to Lockheed Martin and 5 minutes to Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base (NASJRB), FMC Carswell, Weir SPM, BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman and Caterpillar! We are a short drive from TCC, Weatherford International, Holt Cat, Ritchie Bros and TCU . We provide Complimentary Wi-Fi, Free Guest Laundry and parking however we don't have a pool.
Candlewood Suites Fort Worth West offers fully equipped kitchens, large guest rooms with our Comforts of Home Bedding Collection, a fitness center access to walking/jogging trails, complimentary laundry facilities and weekly housekeeping . For a relaxing evening, enjoy use of the gas grills at the gazebo, or for a snack stop by our Candlewood Cupboard

Poor property with roaches in the room

Property has a nice location. But rooms smell bad and we found roaches drawing around. They need better maintenance real poor quality.

It definitely was not a good experience this year. We had two rooms and both were business. First when going to room bathroom was dirty, when we called the desk they informed us they clean the rooms. We had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean as hotel was booked and couldn’t change rooms.
Two days of staying in room they said we had to move as a party was already booked for our room. Mind you when checking in I asked if we had to move as the previous year we were moved. Plus I had to check in other room for my helpers. The other room room would not lock and you could push the door open. Safety was my concern. But hotel did not care. Our new room was okay but everyday we had to get new room keys I think we had a total of about 11 keys!! We will not stay here anymore it definitely changed and went diene hill from a year ago!!!!!!

Our accommodation also includes free Wi-Fi, free parking, microwave, mini-refrigerator, Keurig, in-room safe and numerous plug outlets. You can also relax by our outdoor pool and Hot Tub or work out in our over-sized exercise facility. When you arrive and need a great meal, our top-rated full service restaurant has just what you need after a long flight. If you would like to visit some of the local attractions nearby, several of Houston’s top attractions are Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, Sam Houston Raceway Park, Tour 18, and Golf Club of Houston. Bad basics

The shower did not run hot water. The temperature ranged from freezing to just above freezing. The TV had constant static and interference. Pennies returned as points for the inconvenience. Just stay at a cheaper hotel. They will at least have hot water and working TVs.

Horrible Experience

I had to have my room switched after I arrived due to the toilet not flushing. Once I moved to the other room and finally made it to bed, I started itching and had little bumps on my legs and shoulders. The bed had bed bugs. I checked out at 2:00am. I was over it. My stay was horrible.

The Candlewood Suites Dallas Market Center / Love Field hotel is located just minutes from Dallas Love Field. We are conveniently located blocks from area hospitals and medical centers including UT Southwestern, Children's, and Scottish Rite. Downtown Dallas and Fair Park are located within minutes of the hotel.
If you are flying into Dallas, take advantage of our 24 hour complimentary shuttle service to and from Dallas Love Field. Once you are here, enjoy our all-suite design with extra workspace, Candlewood Cupboard convenience store, gazebo grills, lending locker, outdoor pool, and complimentary laundry facilities.
Travelers can experience such attractions as the AT&T Performing Arts Center, The Dallas Museum of Art, and the Perot Museum of Nature and Science as well as the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center and the American Airlines Center. The hotel is also located conveniently to Dallas Market Center and the World Trade Center.

Staff was terrible

I let front desk know I was wanting a late check out at 1pm and they confirmed, housekeeping went to the room 2 times before 12:30pm asking me if I was leaving and even tried opening the door, thank god I had the latch on there or they would’ve walked in on me after I had already told them I was leaving at 1pm. I checked in Sunday and put my card down for incidentals which is a $50 hold. I called Friday since so still saw the pending $50 and got hung up on by the front desk 2 times! By the third phone call the lady was so disrespectful and had a really bad attitude. She didn’t explain it to me thoroughly of when I should be receiving it just that she had done it but in the most unprofessional way. Very bad property for IHG, I wouldn’t go back or recommend to anyone. I had to call my bank to dispute the hold they kept on my account.

A very recent guest

Disappointed! The Safety catch on door did not work and when pointed out to the manager, he was disinterested. Women staying alone on business need to feel safe. It is not appropriate to dismiss this when it is brought to your attention. I expect to be able to lock the door AND put the safety lock on. Otherwise, why is the safety lock there? Your maintenance staff need to check all the doors for faults.
