Room was staring to fall apart. Staff member wasn’t trained very well at front desk and took an excessive amount of time to check in. Breakfast wasn’t served until 7 even though the sign said 6 to 10

Clean, but falling apart.

Toilet not set to floor, paint chipping on walls, tub cracked, half the lights in the room didn't work. Brand new carpet. Bed made up very well. Elevator started moving without closing the doors first. Very clean facility. Lots of doors propped open.

Worst Hotel Ever

Room had broken equipment, was told they would bring replacement but didn't. Advised staff of Dog poop in the elevator (no interest), At check out was told my bill was more than double what I was told at check-in. When I asked for a receipt was told printer was broken. Provided email, was told it was sent, then had to come back to lobby as they did not send. Took 30 minutes to get email receipt. This hotel is a complete disaster. If this is the direction that IHG is going with their properties I'll find another chain.

Won’t Recommend

Small room, small bed not specified in the descriptions, vantilator in the room 3 was full of dust dirt and mold, we couldn’t sleep because the pipes in the room was too loud and our room weren’t been able to changed, we go to the reception 3 times because our card wasn’t opening the door. We got %25 return on the paid fee but our overall experience of staying was quite poor, wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend anyone

Room had roaches

Roaches were found in the room. Silver fish had babies in the tub. Baby roaches were found in refrigerator on counters near stove, on beds. The receptionists were nice but the manager never did anything when I even called a week later.

Paid for 3 days of cold showers

I stayed here 3 days for a conference. The hotel did not have hot running water for my entire stay. When I spoke to a hotel representative the first day, I was advised to run the water for at least 15 minutes. I ran the water for an hour each day and there was no change. Besides having to take cold showers, not having appropriate heat for a building is a health and safety issue. Day two of my stay, I stayed with a colleague at another hotel. For the amount of money I paid for my stay and only being there 2/3 nights that I paid for, I was miserable and I did not have a great experience. There was also food from other rooms in my hall that had food sitting on the floor for several days.

Dirty

This place was dirty. No one came to clean our room for 2 days. The other 3 days I hunted housekeeping for towels and empty our trash. The first day was great. After that no housekeeper came to our room. I asked for 2 days in a row for shampoo refill. 3rd day someone spoke English and understood. The only nice thing. I can say, breakfast was great and the bed and linens were nice. I took several pictures of trash and food bags lined up by the elevator doors. The hall carpet had the same trash fo 3 days. Vacuum??
I spent 1700.00 for this? The furniture and end tables dirty and stains.

Bad experience

Closet door was not on the railing and needed to be realigned
Vents were grimy and possibly moldy
Cabinet was warped and didnt close properly.
Breakfast was supposed to start at 630. Was told it didnt start until 730.
Breakfast wasnt filled while guests were consuming breakfast.
Receptionists did not speak proper english. Was borderline incoherent.
The televisions in the room are almost old enough to vote.

Faulty room

The bathroom didn't have hot water, meaning we couldn't shower. Staff unable to help and customer service didn't even bother to acknowledge the complaint filed by phone a few days later

Good service but hotel needs updating

Good location when visiting the Cincinnati Zoo and Ark in KY. Very disappoited with the quality of the hotel. Room quality is not great but acceptable but furniture in breakfast area was very worn and in need of replacing. Breakfast selection was the worst I have experienced at a Holiday Inn hotel.
