We enjoy staying at IHG Properties. We find them to be quite reliable and satisfactory. I think this property is fairly new and was very nice. We were tired from traveling, so did not check out any of the amenities.
One thing though, we used points to book and were told that we don't get the amenity points when booking this way. We have gotten them at many other places though, for example, the next nite at another IHG!

We love the Staybridge Brand for when we travel to and from Florida. We can keep food cold and/or frozen using the full sized refrigerator.
This facility is an older building, but was very clean. We didn't arrive until after 6:30pm so, we asked for a recommendation for pizza delivery. Mr. T's was excellent, although it did take a little over an hour. We will consider staying here again on our way home from Florida.

This Staybridge is absolutely fantastic! The property is only about a year old and is beautiful. We only stayed one night, so we did not get to enjoy the pool area which is very resort like! It is attached to a Holiday Inn Express. They share some amenities, like the pool, exercise room and laundry facilities; each has its own breakfast area though.
We will definitely return to this location in the future.

This is our second time staying here and we will return. We drive about 3-4 miles out of our way to stay here. We like to have the freezer for our overnight stay, this is why we chose to stay here the first time.
Everything is good about this hotel and we especially like the "social hour" on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. It is nice after a long day traveling to be able to stay on property for dinner and also have a beer or glass of wine with it.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was fine. The heat/AC in unit was a bit noisy. The building is old . The walls have been painted, but still shows its age.

We chose Staybridge because we are traveling and wanted a full size refrigerator to keep our cooler items in overnight! We received a unit upgrade at check-in. Our room was very nice! We were informed of the Social Gathering, so we attended. There was free beer, snacks, salad, spaghetti

The HI-Express QC Airport is fairly new and very clean. I am very happy that they have come back to this area. There used to be a Holidome and an Express in this general vicinity. They were both rather old and 4 years ago I wanted to book a night and had to stay at another brand because they were both closed. I much prefer staying at the IHG brand!

Convenient, Safe and Clean

This property is relatively new. It's location is great; walking distance to many restaurants/bars and one block from the Louisville Slugger Museum. The decor is very bright and welcoming. The window shades in the room were both black out and light filtering. When the black out shade was down it truly was dark in the room. The A/C unit was quiet unlike some units in other hotels. I would advise an upper room as the street noise could maybe bother some people. We were on the 6th floor and had no issues. My only con would be that there is not swimming pool, but that was actually not a big deal to us on this trip.
