Not worth the stay, hotel is ok, but rooms and breakfast not worth what I paid.

Bad Cleaning & Care Staff - Excellent Front Desk Crew

Lets start out with a shout out. Melanie & Jane went above and beyond to make us happy and comfortable with all the bad both rooms offered us. Room 325 had no TV remote anywhere and the toilet was clogged upon entry. Room 127 its replacement the HVAC PTAC Unit was non-functional, the shower walls and sink have not been cleaned properly in a while, the shower wall you could run your finger down and leaves the mark...just gross. The sofa sleeper mattress has NEVER been rotated, it was smashed and mashed in the same spots forever so I rotated to give my child a better sleep less springs in her back. We did accidentally leave a video game system in the 1st room and they did locate and ship to us, so I guess there is another positive. But unless the hotel cleans up their act with cleanliness, I wont come back or recommend them.

Cordele offers a prime location on I-75 mid way between Atlanta and the Florida state line, a great place to stop for the night. You will find many dining options in our city, from fast food chains to fine dining. For entertainment, we have a nice little movie theatre as well. If you have a little extra time on your hands, The Georgia Veterans Memorial State Park is just a short drive down Hwy 300 to Lake Blackshear. You'll find a lovely golf course, Lake resort and marina, war museum, camp grounds, cabins, and multiple recreation areas. Come see all that our little city has to offer!

Breakfast bar was a far joke from what standards should be at an IHG Express location. 3 Milks, No Hard Boiled Eggs, Cold (Hot Foods) I could go on. The coffee machine in the room was disgusting, the sofa sleeper kits had most items missing from it, there was only 1 remote from 2 TV's (and when I asked they said normal). I paid for a suite! The living room area tv wasnt even plugged in I had to reach behind and plug the power in. This hotel needs a corporate surprise inspection, its not worth staying here, go find another location or even another hotel chain.

The breakfast was a joke, no food very limited. The tv in living area was not plugged in and no remote had to share for the family. The sofa sleeper kit was missing 75% of its content, the inside of the coffee maker was disgusting. For what I paid this was pathetic. Hair in corner shelf.

The breakfast was probably the worst I have ever had at an Express, the fruit (only tiny oranges and were bad), the biscuits hard as a rock, the gravy was gross, what was labeled turkey sausage (a meatball) was awful, waited for coffee 30 minutes. Check in was not good, desk employee was not trained well at all. The room was missing the pull out sofa kit. The indoor pool was freezing cold, the room and the water. The pool room ceiling was falling apart and peeling.
