We checked into the hotel and I travel with a service animal. The front desk receptionist belittled me in front of other people, claiming that my dog was not a real service animal. I offered to provide her every documentation to prove, but she refused to look at it. Tried to call the hotel manager for three days straight no return call. Also painting in the hallway of the floor, we stayed on in the hotel stunk of paint so bad we felt light headed. Thing that makes me the most infuriated is the fact that the hotel manager will not return phone calls.
