This is a great hotel for business stays. The rooms are cozy, the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is so convenient for people on the go. The attentiveness and caring of the staff makes it that much better and i can't wait to return to Santa Barbara

Please allow me to first and foremost apologize that your experience with us was far from ideal. We typically do a much better job of meeting and exceeding the expectations of our guests, and I regret that this was not your experience. I have shared your feedback with our pest control company, as we do have a contract and regular service to prevent pest activity. As an extended stay property, you are correct that rooms are not serviced on a daily basis; I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. The Manager, Mr. Manchester epitomizes the highest level of superior customer care and goes above and beyond to ensure the crew has a pleasant stay.

Bad area was not comfortable with surroundings. Felt uneasy with the neighborhood. Next time we will choose another hotel in the area. I would not recommend this place to any family or friends to stay. The parking was not well planned out for the use of bigger trucks and vehicles The rooms were clean but small and uncomfortable beds. Sorry we chose this place. Next time we will stay at a larger hotel with better and bigger rooms and safer neighborhood so they we are comfortable to get a good nights rest

Great location across the airport. Friendly staff. McDonalds is two minutes away for any late night hunger pangs. Clean rooms, great breakfast. Couldn't ask for more.
