Great service and knowledgable staff

Checking in was a bit confusing, and the staff was very helpful, providing information that we did not know to ask about. When I requested extra linens as there were not enough for all of us, the response was very quickly handled, with no hassle.

Delightful experience

We had an excellent stay at the Indianapolis IC. Awesome location. The hotel itself is stunning. Beautifully designed and decorated. Our room was spacious and incredibly clean. Water pressure was strong and bathroom fixtures were well made. Linens and bedding were cozy. Russell texted to check on us throughout our stay and happily answered any questions we had. Our server at breakfast was wonderful, as was our meal. Rooftop bar had a neat view and comfortable atmosphere with indoor/outdoor seating and fire pits. We loved the gym - it had plenty of room and high quality equipment.
