I resided at the Indigo Hotel French Quarters for the first time in my life, and have to admit I was very disappointed. I made a reservation with this hotel for four days in January 2025 and was to be billed $872.04 for my stay, but instead was overcharged 1221.75. I called and emailed the hotel for over two months straight about the bill. I spoke with multiple guest services representatives and case managers, but could never get it resolved. All verified I was overcharged, but that the refund would have to be refunded by upper management. After continuing to call, they just kept informing me that the issue has been reported to upper management and that I would receive a call back within 48 hours. I never received a call or email back. I just recently heard back from guess services April 2025 after months stating that I was not overcharged and that the bill is correct because they have me staying at the hotel for an extra day. Now understand that I provided them with my reservation information, ask them to review the cameras showing me checking out, asked them to speak with the clerk on shift that morning and the bad guy that checked me out, as well as provided them with my flight information showing that I flew back to the state of California on the day they are saying I was still at the hotel, and they are still refusing to refund the overcharged amount of $374.30. To all future guest, I am not saying that everyone’s experience with this company will be the same as mine, but do be aware of how the they treat their customers even after verifying their mistake. I have yet to receive a call back from upper management and will not be reserving with this hotel again. Good luck to all!

I made the reservation through the app, and the price for the room I booked was approximately $350 per night. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I discovered that the price had unexpectedly changed to around $500 per night. I requested to change the room, and although they agreed, the price remained the same. At that moment, I checked your website and saw that the price listed was approximately $250. I asked to adjust the price accordingly, but unfortunately, my request was declined. This situation created a very uncomfortable feeling, especially as a loyal IHG customer.

The bed was noisy, construction in the hallway noisy & dirty, the shower head was noisy the tub was damaged

The hotel had construction in the hallway right outside my room, noisy and dirty, the bathroom showerhead was noisy when you turned it on, the bathroom needed to be cleaned, the tub was damaged, the motion light kept turning on, I would like my money back, I will not stay here again.

We were disappointed because the restaurant was most of the time,closed one evening because they did not have any employees for the restaurant. The pool is more a pool for kids and they’re not really shuttles to the parks just one in the morning and one at night.

Great service and a great sleep

This hotel is a little walk to Uptown, but it is worth the distance! The hotel has been refurbished, and the rooms are clean, fresh, and modern. With a pool, hot tub, workout room and full restaurant on-site, you don’t need to go out for anything! Parking is free, too. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly, even giving us sight-seeing tips! It will definitely be our go-to when we make our annual trip to SJ to visit family.

Clean and uncluttered rooms

I loved my stay the rooms were very clean and nice. They are simple and not cluttered. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay there again. The breakfast was basic, but ok, the coffee was amazing. The pool was clean and warm. It was quiet and did not hear neighbors etc.

Welcome to the Holiday Inn of Rockford, IL conveniently located at exit 15 of I-39/90 for all your business and leisure needs while in the Rockford/Belvidere, IL region. We are located near many businesses like General Mills, Collins Aerospace, Ingersoll Cutting Tools, Exelon Byron Nuclear Generating Station and all regional medical facilities/hospitals of MercyHealth, OSF Healthcare/St. Anthony Hospital, UW Health (formerly SwedishAmerican). We are also near many regional sports facilities like the MercyHealth Sportscore Two and One, UW Health Sports Factory, BMO Center, Carlson or Riverview Ice Arenas. Other nearby attractions include Rockford Casino (A Hard Rock Casino Opening Act), Midway Village Museum Center, Anderson Japanese Gardens, Discovery Center/Burpee Museum campus, Coronado Performing Arts Center, Klehm Arboretum. Our complimentary shuttle operates daily to the Rockford International Airport (RFD) 7:30am–10pm based on availability.
Our onsite restaurant serves reasonably priced breakfast daily. Scoreboard Bar & Grille serves lunch and dinner with menu items still including the Hoffman House Friday night fish fry and Saturday’s famous prime rib. We recently remodeled and our guests can now enjoy complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel, parking and access to the largest indoor hotel pool in the city. I paid for free breakfast for our room but it's not genuinely free. They give you a voucher to spend at the restaurant attached to the hotel and bill you for any extra. The food was mediocre but I would rather pay for breakfast elsewhere.
I was called by the front desk at 10pm at night (we got there at around 4) regarding the food vouchers and was told I had to come pick it up.
We had to move rooms because our neighbors were extremely loud having people come in and out. Our floor, before we moved, REEKED of marijuana.
Moving to a different room on a different floor helped but wish we didn't have to move rooms at midnight with two really tired kids.

Not up to IGG brand expectations

I stayed at IHG hotels on this 7 day trip and this last hotel was very disappointing. I was given an access room and I asked for something else. Without even looking the front desk staff said no. The room was in very poor condition, chair was significantly stained, carpet had stains, floor of shower was brown and did not feel clean. Elevator made horrific noise.
