Very clean but noisy hotel

Rooms were very clean, staff was great. Unfortunately the walls are very thin and we heard the other guests a lot which kept us up a lot throughout the night. The beds were also too hard for a good night's sleep for us.

Subpar service and value

My partner and I arrived on the 27th from Halifax and were met with what I thought was a snobby attitude by a receptionist called Dahlia. This was confirmed when she handed me the form to sign without saying anything. She also gave me the keys without any explanation and I had to ask her what floor, the WiFi password, etc.
The keys she handed me ended up not working for the elevator, so a nice gentleman had to help us rectify that. Arriving around 2130 from Halifax, this was quite frustrating.
The room was on the 4th floor and wasn't even money's worth, given we were staying there 5 nights.
I requested a room change the following day to a higher floor as we weren't comfortable where Dahlia had assigned us. Jenny was nice to switch our rooms to the 15th floor, which was a much better experience.
That said, I don't plan to stay here in the future. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff and service were adequate.
HIExpress normally is a quality stay and I can know what to expect. However for breakfast I was disappointed because within 30 minutes of serving there was allot of items not available or not in stock and available.

I came down to see the bluebonnets and this hotel was not only in the perfect location, but it was one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in for a very long time. I will definitely return again and try some other IHG properties because of my fabulous stay here. Thank you!

Best Hotel in Navasota

Stayed a few day in the this hotel last week and it is very nice!! For 1 it's brand new,the rooms are very modern and have everything you need in the room, kitchenette area is handy, the desk is very spacious to do work, beds are amazing. The fitness area is comparable to bigger and ritzier hotels. Very nice bbq area in back with plenty of tables and chairs. Staff are extremely nice and helpful. Will definitely make this my hotel of choice when working in this area, great job guys!

Great location and service

My family and I have selected this location for our Disney vacations, we absolutely love it! I checked in on April 4th for 2 nights with my mother to enjoy a weekend away. Ana was absolutely amazing during our stay and I mentioned I would return on the following week for our little one’s birthday trip. When we arrived for check-in, she remembered me and asked about our plans for the day, I told her we would be in Universal all day. When we returned, our room was decorated with ballon’s and a birthday card from the staff. Our little one’s was so excited and it really helped make our trip more magical. Ana is truly and incredible agent and we can not wait for our next trip!

Loved that it was close to the uptown area. Clean with a very friendly staff. We were upgraded with a free breakfast. Bar tender was friendly and gave us some good recommendations for our trip. Would highly recommend.

Everything was amazing The staff was friendly and inviting the rooms were clean and very well equipped. The shallow driver that picked me up from the airport was kind and generous. The hallways were spotless and the breakfast was terrific.
