Gorgeous Sunsets at Hotel in Chinle, Arizona Located in the heart of Navajo Nation, the Holiday Inn® Canyon de Chelly (Chinle) hotel provides an impeccable mixture of ancient Navajo traditions and modern conveniences. I stay here often for business travel. I am from the Navajo reservation and have been to many properties on the Navajo Nation and off. This hotel is not luxurious, nor does it state this. It is a place to have a nice, comfortable room with a restaurant on site and a pool. Canyon de Chelly is about 2 miles away, you cannot beat the price for this hotel when compared to other areas off the reservation. It is a good hotel, but don't expect the hotels you may be used to if you are from off the reservation.

This hotel is not as updated as other IHG properties, and doesn’t have great amenities, but for a few nights, it’s nice. The bar area and lounge are supposed to be open every night, but it’s based on availability of the single bartender they have, which wasn’t able to show up at all. The fridge in the room does not get cold, and is very small, the kitchen is not stocked, and the snack area is pretty much non existent. But breakfast is good, the rates are good, and it’s in a nice area.

Set in down town Madrid in the Moncloa Argüelles area, Boutique Hotel Indigo Madrid Princesa is within a 10 minute walk of Torre de Madrid and Plaza de Espana. The hotel is ideally situated within 2km of other top attractions that Madrid has to offer such as Plaza Mayor and Royal Palace and Hotel Indigo Madrid Princesa is only 1 minute walk from Arguelles Metro Station making it a great location to explore the city and to reach Madrid Barajas International Airport.

Usually our stays at IHG properties are excellent in all categories. While there were many things that were lovely about this visit, it was VERY disconcerting to be told during the entire two day visit that there was NO WiFi available in the rooms.
Only if you knew to ask you could use the restaurant WiFi but having that large a problem should been something that upcoming guests should have been aware of AND aware of any options.
Otherwise the people, the location and the facility itself was lovely. Interesting that a building with 35 floors only had two elevators but the only time it was a problem was during check out periods.
Will still continue to use IHG and will stay again here BUT will ask about WiFi and other things before I book it.

Stayed here while attending a trade show, this was the recommended hotel. It is very dated and not really well kept. Lots of noise, think it is more of a party scene with the club going strong.

Newly Renovated Hotel! Situated on the Western Slope, and one mile from I-70, the Holiday Inn Express® & Suites Grand Junction delivers a convenient, modern hotel experience. The hotel is five miles from the Grand Junction Airport (GJT) , close for an easy drive, but far enough away for a quiet stay. We are walking distance to many restaurants & shopping at the Mesa Mall and a mile from Canyon View Park. Leisure travelers have easy access to the Colorado National Monument, known for mountain biking trails, as well as Powderhorn, which features some of the best skiing. We wanted to love this property but did not. The first night we were there several busses of kids rolled in and took over the hotel, pool area, running round the hotel, hallways etc. The next morning they took over the breakfast area so we gave up and went else where. might be ok if they did not have bus loads of kids.
One note was the hot tub, it stank not sure if they was due to all the kids in it the night before or want but it was gross and needs a deep clean.
There is another Holiday Inn by the air port we will try that next time and hope that it is better.

Fire alarm went off the 1st night. The staff acted as they didn't care the next morning. No manager called or spoke to me during my stay. Manager finally called and claimed I was wrong. I would not recommend them for the hospitality.

A modern Northampton hotel within easy reach of the town centre, with a smart restaurant and excellent event facilities.
Holiday Inn® Northampton hotel is less than 10 minutes drive from central Northampton and well situated for exploring the surrounding countryside. The M1 is an eight-minute drive away, and it is less than three miles to Northampton Railway Station. You can reach London Luton Airport (LTN) and Birmingham Airport (BHX) in less than an hour by car. Buses stop just steps from the hotel and parking is free for all guests.
Pop into Northampton to browse its shops, eateries and cultural spots such as Northampton Museum and Art Gallery. Within half an hour by car from the hotel, you can explore the gardens at Woburn Abbey, tour Althorp Estate or watch motor racing at Silverstone.

Kept standing at reception for 30 minutes whilst they resolved system issue at checkin.
Ordered a meal accompanied with glass of wine to enjoy in my room. A glass of vinegar smelling wine delivered without food. The bottle was either corked or had been opened for days. Food delvered cold 30 minutes later. Wine was returned and exchanged for a glass poored from the same bottle as the barman refused to open another. In the mnorning there was no running water in the sink or shower. When I attempted to call reception using the phone in the room, the cord attaching the handset was detatched from the phone and broken. After wgetting dressed without showering and walking downstairs to reception I was told the water will be restired in 20 minutes. I explained that I had a meeting to go to and could not wait too long. Eventually I was told water was restored. I went back to my room to take a shower, only to find it was just the cold water that was working. After a freezing cold shower, I returned to reception to check out. The staff memebvr was fully aware that only the cold water was restored and I recieved no apology. After protesting I was eventually offered a 10% discount, which I have still jot recieved as I had paid for the room upfront.

When you take all of these things into consideration, it really was like staying at Fawlty Towers.
