Front desk staff was very friendly

We were given a room with a king size bed . Room was dated ( they are renovating) but clean . When we opened the curtains window view was blocked by huge green dumpster. I went and asked if we could move was told no other rooms with king beds available. No offer of extra reward points or money taken off room price. When I trade to make the reservation thru ihg it was a horrible experience. The lady was rude, tride to charge more then the hotel website and in the end hung up on me. I called back and asked for direct phone number to hotel they wouldn't give it to me. I found it myself called and that's when I got a very nice gal named Emily. If not for her we would have stayed elsewhere

Dirty. Old. Bed uncomfortable. Charging ports did not work. Extremely loud. Staff spoke to people partying in hallway between rooms. Hallway not vacuumed, dirty. Floors in room not vacuumed. A)C was all the way up, room only got down to 74. Hot sleeping. No hairdryer.. Never again.
The only plus was the Breakfast selection, cleanliness, and the amazing gentleman that served the breakfast! He cares so much about his presentation, and was extremely helpful. He was awesome!! We even tipped him. Staff was friendly was was unable to control the unruly guests.

For the pricing it was decent, will probably not stay again. The staff was definitely the best out of any IHG hotel I have ever stayed, too bad the hotel didn’t match.

Horrible hotel for premium price

This hotel I don’t recommend to anyone , totally terrible experience, very bad smell as soon as you step in, room carpet are stained, very old , old TV , garbage in hallway in front of most room.
If you can try to avoid this hotel don’t believe the reviews I hope they are creating good reviews.

Guest service agent unprofessional

This is one of my go to places for when I'm in town, but after my encounter with Christina Chaisson I may have to change that I requested an early check in and I do understand it's not guaranteed but upon coming into property no one was at the desk then about 5mins later a guest services agent came out from the back she ask how can she help I introduced myself inform I had requested an early checkin she immediately stated checkin is at 4pm and we don't have any clean rooms so you would have to wait she not once check my reservation or check to see if there was any availability for an early checkin so I asked if the GM was available she said he was off I said ok and left. I called to see if I can cancel couldnt because it was for only 1 night, so I stayed overall I felt her approach was rude and NOT welcoming

Great room, poor breakfast choices and poor cleanliness

Check in was nice, our room was absolutely perfect. Quite clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice, But had trouble getting our room key to work multiple times,two out of three days,
There was added charges put on our bill, but we had point stays. Eventually, those added charges were removed. Breakfast was not good at all. Very limited choices, the bread and food left in the warmers was very poor quality. The dining room was absolutely filthy.

Went downhill

This wasn't my first stay at this hotelת in fact, my previous visits were generally good, which is why I chose to come back. Unfortunately, this recent experience was disappointing.

The air conditioning in my room didn't work, and despite multiple requests at the front desk, and repeated promises that a technician would come to fix it, nothing was done.
Another issue is the elevators: there are only two, and they are extremely slow. If you’re staying on a high floor like I was (11th floor), be prepared for a 10-minute journey just to get to the lobby.

As for the complimentary breakfast, while I appreciate that it's free, it was simply not practical to attend. It was extremely overcrowded, there was no place to even stand comfortably, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic and unpleasant.

That said, the hotel does have a couple of strong points — its excellent location and reasonable pricing.

I hope the hotel will address some of these issues, because it does have a lot of potential.

Maintenance and Housekeeping needs more training

Numerous issues with our first night at this location. Second and third night relocated to another room that it too had issues. First room missing guest chair, phone, lamp, clock, and poorly supplied bathroom. Second room bathroom plumbing issues. Lobby areas used as storage and exit door locked, has been an issue for more than a month; which is a fire hazard to guest.

Only exception is the front desk; excellent response when we brought up the numerous problems (thank you Maggie). Recommend you find another IHG location.

Should have believed the bad reviews...

Hotel is right off the interstate and easy to get to. Lobby is nice. Stood at front desk for a few minutes before one of the employees looked up from his iPhone while his coworker was attempting to fix some sort of issue on the phone (that one acknowledged me and tried to get the attention of the other). Once checked in, we went to our room which was right off of the elevator which was disappointing as my one request is to be away from the elevator as I am a light sleeper. We also had a room with a connecting door and I could hear every phone notification and even tue neighbor snoring while whoever they were with went in and out of the door all night letting it slam each time. I tried ear plugs but it barely muffled the sounds. The pool area was very nice and that is probably the one good thing about this property. Believe the bad reviews and use your points or spend your money elsewhere of you're looking for a good night's sleep.

Horrible Experience

Room was not ready as booked and they keep asking me do I want to change rooms.
The key card kept getting cut off every time leave the room and come back, we had to get the card reactive.
Alot of unclean spots in the bathroom and the body wash and shampoo was out and needed to be refilled.
Ants was locate in the room. The refrigerator didn't work.
The guess store will charger you difference then what is listed on the items. Buyer beware. Choose a difference location.
