Lost my watch in hotel room reported as soon as I left the hotel for airport and following that all I got were vague answers from reception team and delaying tactics. Hoping that I will lose interest once I reach back to UK

This room needed repairs and they couldn’t move me.
Shelf broken off in shower, next to no water coming out of shower , broken fan in bathroom(never fixed) bedroom lamp broken and very old , kitchen floor coming up near the counter, couches are very dated .
Unreal the noise on the road side of building .
Not a pleasant stay.
The manager offered me points for next stay .

Contemporary hotel with breakfast included and free Wi-Fi, close to top London attractions
Holiday Inn Express® London - Limehouse hotel sits near the Thames River in a historic part of London close to major attractions. It's less than 5 minutes' walk from Limehouse DLR station , where trains travel to central London in about 20 minutes and to the O2 arena and London City Airport (LCY) in less than 30 minutes.
Whether you want to explore the Tower of London , shop at Westfield Stratford City or see a popular band at the O2 arena , you can get around easily via public transport. You're right next to London's East End , a vibrant area with shops, restaurants and art galleries, and Bethnal Green's V&A Museum of Childhood .
Business guests have a direct 30-minute link to the ExCeL centre , and the art deco Troxy theatre and concert venue is just seven minutes' walk away. Back at the hotel, two naturally lit meeting rooms can host up to 30 people, and you can have a working lunch catered . We stay one night in this hotel, because it was the perfect choice for us in this area. We had a concert to attend around there so the location was perfect. Staff attitude was very friendly. The check in process was easy and fast. We didn't wait even 5 minutes at the reception. The room wasn't high standards and not at all value of what we pay. Bathroom was ok. Nothing to mention. Reminds me a bit care center for old people but it was OK. The bed was very comfortable and the pillow. We enjoyed our sleep there. As I say above the price for one night was too expensive. Much more than a 100£ but I'll not expose it. Breakfast just the basics. 2 orange juice machine, one drops just water with orange flavor and the other proper juice. Scramble egges wasn't good. Anyway, the whole experience is 2/5 for me. Only because the location was important for us.

Arrival date wrong, had to make separate, non-group rate for first night which didn't include breakfast but our group rate did. $12.95 breakfast expensive for this type of property. Not a lot of parking space - property included in mall-type location.

hotel entrance looks nice , staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great! But the rooms were muggy and smelled musty. we checked 2 different rooms because of the smell and dirty carpet and flooring. the pool is okay, but somehow we're dying out kids feet blue? the paint was chipping off the bottom of the pool I think.

The place was nice and clean. Friendly staff. Good location. A few things that weren’t great is we didn’t have any washcloths and only two towels. The tv wasn’t connected to internet so I could use my streaming apps. There was supposed to be a refrigerator, but it was missing. I feel that the price wasn’t worth it because of the cons I previously mentioned.

WiFi connection in the room is bad. No phone connection. You can’t call front desk for anything. When you address the problem to front desk, it seems like the staffs are all new and don’t know how to handle the problems.

If you are gonna charge for smoking you need to have evidence that smoking was going on inside the room not because of a smell many ways a room can smell like smoke. If you are smoking in those rooms it would spread all over that hotels floor I don’t appreciate being charged for something I didn’t do.
