Have stayed here before under the Holiday Inn brand, the VOCO rebranding really has made this hotel more upmarket. Excellent welcome on our early arrival, room was not ready and didn’t expect it to be with it being the only suite in the hotel. The suite was very comfortable, nice to be provided with a complimentary stocked mini fridge. If there was one negative it would be, nice that the bathroom is, a little more money could’ve been spent here making it a little more luxurious, just a personal thought. The food in the restaurant was good with very attentive service. Breakfast the following morning was vast improvement from our last stay as Holiday Inn. Asked for a made to order omelette, cooked very well and the hot buffet items were just that, hot! All in all an excellent stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

At Athenaeum InterContinental Athens, discover contemporary design and impeccable service. Our award-winning conference centre sets the stage for exceptional business events, complemented by elegant dining experiences that exude understated luxury. Explore the city's ancient sites, such as the amazing Acropolis, or take in the breathtaking views from Lycabettus Hill. Return to the hotel for a delightful evening, where champagne cocktails add a touch of opulence to your Athens experience.
Away from the bustling centre of Athens though easily reached by taxi from the airport. Trams into the centre are a stones throw from the hotel and is walkable for those who prefer to walk. Yes it’s a big hotel geared for both leisure & business travellers. But it’s very comfortable for the leisure traveller, great bars including a rooftop bar with views over to the Acropolis and also the Club Lounge with the same. Lovely compact pool area with loungers, note this area opens at 10am. We only ate breakfast at the hotel, once in Cafezoe and in the Club Lounge. Breakfast items were plentiful in both locations and nice to be able to sit outside for breakfast in the Club Lounge. Look forward to staying here again when across this way!

This Sheffield landmark of ‘historical relevance’ is coming to the end of a major refurbishment. I didn’t know the hotel before it’s rebranding to Crowne Plaza but after this visit I’ve already booked another night here and plan to stay here whenever the occasion permits. Check in was friendly and acknowledged for my IHG status. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was furnished to an excellent standard considering the age of the hotel. Unfortunately this room hadn’t had its aircon wired up as its due to be done imminently. It would’ve been preferable to have been advised this at check in rather than finding out when getting to the room as it was a very warm day. The club lounge though small has been furnished to a high standard. We didn’t get to see the leisure facilities, will try that next visit. Breakfast in the restaurant was good, all buffet style. Didn’t ask if any a la carte items were available to order as always partial to an eggs benedict/royale when staying away for breakfast. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this hotel.

Excellent first time stay at this property. Had a very nice upgrade from a Junior Suite to a 1 Bedroom Suite courtesy of the Ambassador programme I've been a member of for the past 2 years, has been worth every penny for the overall 14nts we've spent at the Intercontinental brand. Staff very friendly throughout and particular mention must go to everyone we came across in the Club Lounge, the consistent positive reviews are proven. Suite very comfortable and in particular, the bed. Dined in Ella Canta whilst here. had a very nice meal. Will try Theo Randall when we return in July.

Spire Elite member. Comfortable stay overall, easily accessible from West Ealing station. Not the most welcoming check in experience. New style modern Holiday Inn Express. Small room but adequate for pre flight stay. Had originally requested front facing corner room but other reviews re outside noise made me reconsider this request, there was still road noise from side room despite triple glazing. Room cleanliness seems to be an issue with other guest’s hairs not cleaned. On the pillow, mattress protector, in the hospitality tray, on the aircon setting, carpet and bathroom floor.

Hotel Indigo Birmingham
Reflecting our city's history as a cradle of invention, Hotel Indigo Birmingham welcomes you with sleek styling and handcrafted furniture. Kick back in indulgent bathrooms or relish with a cocktails in the rooftop bar. Reconnecting with reality is instant, thanks to superfast WiFi. Take advantage of our Birmingham hotel and discover our city's dazzling heritage in the Jewellery Quarter or pop into Harvey Nicks in The Mailbox mall. And after dark, try a 35-day aged steak in our flagship Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill or head off to welcoming, canal-side pubs in Gas Street Basin. Long renowned for its industrial prowess, Birmingham boomed in the 18th century. Entrepreneurs inspired innovation when James Watt and Matthew Boulton invented the industrial steam engine here in 1776. The canal network ensured our city's presence on the world stage as it became a leading player in the Industrial Revolution. Its wealth was celebrated with a swathe of new building, from the Baroque-style St. Philip's Cathedral to the Museum & Art Gallery, feted for its peerless Pre-Raphaelite art. Today, Birmingham's regenerating spirit lives on, inspiring the futuristic design of The Cube and each detail in our boutique hotel. You'll see that same energy in the lovingly crafted designs of Jewellery Quarter shops and in the gourmet offerings of Brindleyplace's waterside restaurants.
Overall comfortable stay at this property. Spire elite member, recognised at check in with applicable amenities. Nicely decorated room and comfortable bed. Hotel still going through refurbishment but I understand this will be completed in May. Room housekeeping not up to scratch, when lying on bed we could quite clearly see rubbish under the wardrobe, reported this via the card left in the room but nothing done about this when we returned later that day so had to report to reception. Hotel bar adjacent to MPW restaurant very busy and lively, seems to be the place to be at the weekend with live entertainment in the evening. Full English breakfast on 1st morning, very tasty and no cheap ingredients used here, so much better than the salty Eggs Benedict the following morning. Friendly staff throughout.
Welcome to InterContinental London – The O2, a luxurious hotel on the Greenwich Peninsula. Yes, I recommend this property.
Second stay at this property. Hotel still looks as though it opened a couple of weeks ago despite being open a couple of years. Am a Spire Ambassador, booked a Club IC room. Checked in at the Club lounge and got to my room and for whatever reason I initially didn’t get my guaranteed upgrade. Couple of phone calls later it was sorted and moved rooms. Staff at reception whom I spoke to was very apologetic. Food offering and organisation so much better in the Club Lounge compared to July last year, can’t recommend the lounge enough. Staff there very friendly and welcoming too. Staff in Market Brasserie for breakfast very friendly also and a particular mention to Andrea, comes across very professional and friendly..in fact everyone we came into contact was great. Only disappointment is the Ambassador welcome gift which I’m sure could be improved vastly and also the room air conditioning which on both occasions hasn’t been great. Look forward to our next stay here Andy hopefully the Ambassador upgrade will be automatic as it should be.

Stayed here in January. Very comfortable stay and the hotel has recently had a quality refurbishment. Had a great meal in the hotel restaurant. Had a club room, sadly the club lounge was a bit of a letdown. Not set up on time, items kept running out and no organisation. Lounge far too warm to be able to relax comfortably and not enough seating. Had to sit outside the lounge on the 2nd night. Would gladly stay here again but would consider twice about having a club room.

New generation Holiday Inn Express. Modern, clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location if you’re visiting the Trafford Centre. It’s just off the M60 making it a great choice if you’re flying from Manchester Airport or even Liverpool Airport and anywhere else in the North West really. The usual Holiday Inn Express standard of breakfast is served in a big bright area. The only thing that let my stay down was the unfriendliness of the person that checked me in and also out, more customer service training needed here.
