No, I do not recommend this property.
Generally nice hotel staff were all extremely nice and individually tried extremely hard to help. Unfortunately the breakfast was a disaster with having to ask staff for cuttlery/plates or food items to be restocked, this isn't an issue but I felt extremely sorry for the friendly staff running around due to what is either understaffed for the amount of guests or bad systems/procedures. Due to the programming of the lifts I had to stand waiting for a lift upwards of 20 minutes on multiple occasions.

Great new hotel with amazing staff
Yes, I recommend this property.
Lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. I was unfortunately only staying for one night in between a connection but it's a good location with easy access to the centre of city and the airport for shorter stays in bangkok.

Yes, I recommend this property.
A full service high class Holiday Inn with great hospitality. Well worth booking Executive rooms with Club lounge. Enjoy the large swimming pool with great views and massage in the SPA. Located at the quieter end of Beach Road but not far from the Centre and easy to reach on foot or passing tuktuk for 40 pence. Rooms, beds, pillows and bathrooms all good. The staff are welcoming and caring and it always feels great to arrive and sorry to leave.
