Awesome Food and Comfortable but Poor Staff Service

The Front Desk Staff were puzzled, bewildered due to lack of ready information at hand. They wanted to help but their calls to different facilities team went unanswered. They have multiple things to handle however they don't get adequate support from back end team.
Outside conference rooms or area near to lift, please have an inter comm with couple of extension number details, so that the Guest can call for service instead of running around.
