Different, yet very cool!

I had never heard of Avid until this stay. It's a cool set up they have, it's very clean; you'll notice that throughout your stay and the staff couldn't have been better. Friendly and personable! The place reminds me of an IKEA type hotel. They have this "grab and go" breakfast idea that's really cool. You just have to see it all for yourself! I enjoyed my stay and would go back.

Another Wonderful Stay

Another great Avid experience! This time I was greeting by Brenda upon check in and she was very kind and helpful! Once I got to my usual room I noticed that it hadn’t been turned over properly. I requested either a service or a room change and was quickly accommodated.
The next morning I was greeted by Cassandra who always manages to make my day! I hope one day she is in management because I’ve truly never seen consistently GREAT customer service before meeting her.
Thank you Avid for having a nice, centrally located hotel, but more importantly - the kindest staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. I’m a stickler for customer service and your team is constantly exceeding my expectations.
I will be back to OKC soon, but will be choosing Avid again because of Cassandra.
PS: please advise housekeeping to spend more time turning over the rooms. It’s very unsettling to see hair and food remnants from the last guest upon check in.

I never thought I’d be so in love with a hotel and their staff! I initially chose Avid Quail Springs because of their location and the rooms seemed lovely. A few day’s before my stay I called and made a request to be put on the top floor because I’m a light sleeper. The voice that answered the phone was incredibly kind, helpful, and made me look forward to checking in. I instantly felt “at home” and that was just after a quick phone call! Her name is Cassandra and she continued that same energy when I arrived to check in. Cassandra’s kindness and stellar customer service earned my loyalty for life.
