Sehr gutes Zimmer, schlechtes Serviceangebot

Man bekommt die gewohnte gute Zimmerqualität zu einen fairen Preis, der Service Frühstück und das fehlende Angebot abends trübt aber den gesamten Aufenhalt. Das Frühstückskonzept war nicht nur vom Angebot schlechter als zum Beispiel in Saarbrücken, Holiday Express, sondern auch in der Form als Buffet als Konzept mehr als bedenklich.
Als dann noch kleine Löffel fehlten, was eigentlich kein Problem sein sollte die nachzufüllen, anscheindend komplett fehllten und dieser Umstanfd mit Covid19 begründet wurde, musste ich schmunzeln. Liebe Münchner es gibt bessere Konzepte in Euren Häusern, einfach mal miteinander reden.
Als dann noch kleine Löffel fehlten, was eigentlich kein Problem sein sollte die nachzufüllen, anscheindend komplett fehllten und dieser Umstanfd mit Covid19 begründet wurde, musste ich schmunzeln. Liebe Münchner es gibt bessere Konzepte in Euren Häusern, einfach mal miteinander reden.

dies ist eigentlich ein erfahrenes 5* Haus. Das Personal im Gästeverkehr ist wirklich bemüht, jedoch wird vom Haus leider nicht versucht, die unumgänglichen Einschränkungen für die Gäste mit Verständnis und Kulanz aufzufangen. Hoffen wir, dass sich das wieder ändert.

Holiday Inn Genoa City is located few steps from Ferries, Cruise Terminal and from Dinegro Metro station which links to Principe and Brignole Train stations and to Genoa City Center, where you may admire majority touristic attractions such as Aquarium of Genoa, the Lighthouse of Genoa and the Rolli Palaces. Alles war gut, den Umständen entsprechend.
Frühstücksangebot ginge, trotz Corona, mit Sicherheit, besser!
Dunkle Wolken gab es nur aufgrund eines innerbetrieblichen Computerproblems, welches meiner Begleitung und mir den Aufenthalt ziemlich vermiest hat.
Am letzten Tag wurde dieses zwar aufgeklärt, aber einer Wiedergutmachung von Seiten des Hotels gab es nicht!

Übertriebene COVID-19 Maßnahmen

Aufgrund der von der Hotelleitung getroffenen Maßnahmen ist man sich mehr wie in einer Jugendherberge vorgekommen. Außerdem hat weder das Zahlungs- noch Computersystem funktioniert, so dass alles mit Hand ausgefüllt werden musste. Bereits gespeicherte Daten waren verloren, oder nicht abrufbar. Zimmereinigung nur auf Anfrage, 1x pro Woche? Handtücher musste man auch an der Rezeption abholen.

leider war mein Aufenthalt nicht so wie ich es für ein crown Plaza erwarte. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, und es gab nur ein Kopfkissen. Als Spire Elite hatte ich erwartet, dass es ein Upgrade gibt. Auf dem Flur lagen von Samstag Mittag bis Sonntag Mittag Handtücher vor unserem Zimmer. Der Koch war um 21:00 nicht mehr im Hause so das es nichts mehr zu essen für uns gab. Die Öffnungszeiten waren am Samstag bis 22:00 aber wir mussten um 21:20 bezahlen und es gab nichts mehr zu Trinken. Wenn ich dieses Hotel mit einem Holiday Inn vergleiche, ist der Comfort im Holiday Inn wesentlich besser. Alleine die Kopfkissen Auswahl und die Größe der Zimmer.

Wir wurden freundlich und kompetent Begrüsst und instruiert.
Die Nachtportiers waren äusserst zuvorkommend und bemüht sämtliche Fragen zu beantworten.
Dass das Hotel als Wellnessoase angepriesen wird, ist schlicht gelogen.

Die Tagesreceptionistin ist äusserst reserviert und unfreundlich, was eine verfrühte Stornierung zur Folge hatte. Offenbar können sie es sich in dieser schweren Zeit leisten... Lieber ein Familienhotel in Privatverwaltung! Für erholsamen Urlaub in dem Preissegment ungeeignet.
Die Nachtportiers waren äusserst zuvorkommend und bemüht sämtliche Fragen zu beantworten.
Dass das Hotel als Wellnessoase angepriesen wird, ist schlicht gelogen.

Mich freut es sehr, dass der Service unserer Nachtpoitiers und die Sauberkeit als auch die Schlafqualität in unserem Zimmer Ihre Erwartungen erfüllt hat. Ihre Kommentare, bezüglich dem Service unserer Tagesrezeptionistin, habe ich zur Kenntnis genommen und werde diese selbstverständlich unserem Management zur Begutachtung weiterreichen.
