Stay at Holiday Inn

The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool and leisure are was disgusting. The pool was dark green with cobwebs in it. There was no towels. For the price I paid I was very disappointed. I love holiday inn, but this made me rethink it.

Our hotel is conveniently located at the intersection of I-43 and US Hwy 151 (exit 149), just minutes from corporate businesses, restaurants, shopping, and a scenic Lake Michigan shoreline. Our hotel is close to area businesses, including Aquamaster, Burger Boat, Holy Family Memorial, Lakeside Foods, Lakeshore Technical College, Manitowoc Cranes, Welbilt, Manitowoc Tool and Machine, Orion Energy Systems, Parker Hannifin, Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Red Arrow Products, and Tower Tech Systems.
Visitors appreciate our Manitowoc Holiday Inn® hotel's location because we are within minutes of attractions such as the Wisconsin Maritime Museum, the Rahr West Art Museum, Capitol Civic Centre, and a seven-mile Mariner's Trail along the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan.

Pool and Hot Tub not the best. They weren't clean and maintained well. The location of this hotel was good because we took the US Badger across Lake Michigan and stayed here over night and then continued our travels North.

Steps away from the main gate of the Disneyland Resort and walking distance from the Anaheim Convention Center, we offer a chance to enjoy locally inspired bites or specialty cocktails in our Chambers Bar & Bistro before you make your way out into our neighborhood. Our hotel lies in the heart of Anaheim’s modern leisure and business attractions, the Hotel Indigo® Anaheim reflects our area’s history as a booming, blooming farming community. Look for agriculture-inspired murals in our rooms, a stunning garden with dancing, illuminated waters, and a cool California pool and cabana.

Could have saved and had an equal experience

I really wanted to love this hotel. I had been wanting to stay here for awhile. Since Disneyland was closed the price was slightly cheaper so I thought I’d give it a try. All in all I was really disappointed. Our first impression was great. Front desk staff (I think Damien?) was very friendly. Unfortunately, it seemed to go downhill from there. Bed was really uncomfortable. Person above us was very loud walking back and forth late at night and early in the morning. Our room was not serviced the first day even though the hotel was almost empty and we were gone most of the day.
Couple of positives....Parking was underground and gated, the bathroom was pretty nice, and good location within walking distance to Disneyland.
I could have saved 2/3 of what I paid and probably gotten a better nights sleep somewhere else.

It was my preferred hotel at this location but last experience left some doubts about that. The bathroom doors wouldn’t close properly, ice cream in the freezer melted down, etc.

Good but no good

I wouldn't stay here again

My stay at this holiday inn was slightly below average. When my husband and I arrived, our headboard was scratched up as if by a dog, the carpet was stained, and the bathroom was dingy (the shower door was hard to open and looked dirty) and lacked essential items (there were makeup remover wipes but no shower gel??) The staff was okay, but it was a bit frustrating that the majority of the staff spoke/understood broken english. It made it very hard to communicate needs. The noise in this hotel was also ridiculous. Kids were running in the halls at 3am and the pool area was full of young children. The level of cleanliness was shoddy at best. You could see that someone wiped down the elevator walls but there were streaks left behind showing that that person did a half a** job. Overall I would give this hotel a 3 out of 5. It doesn't have much of a safe and clean feel, but it's near a lot of food options. I will not be staying here again.

Comfortable bed but that was about it....

I understand that we came during a pandemic however for what we were charged for the room vs the experience we had was disappointing. If I book a room I want the experience. There was a weird smell from the hotel lobby to our room. And there was no food service available, the spa was closed, and I was just underwhelmed by the whole experience.

Renovation was in place, and inconvenient.Of course the pool was closed, although when we booked on the same day of arrival we were told the pool was open. This was disappointing for me and my grandchildren. We were trying to avoid going to the beach because of overcrowding.The hall I was on housed guests who were loud, doors slamming all night, which made sleeping impossible until 4am Sunday morning.
