Not up to the current standards for cleanness

Sure glad we had our own cleaning wipes to clean off the frequently touched items, the cleaning staff didn't do a good job.

Holiday Inn Tulsa City Center
Due to ongoing garage construction, onsite parking will be unavailable until March 1, 2022. Please contact the hotel directly for information on alternative parking options. Pool is currently closed due to renovations. Guests who stay at the Holiday Inn Tulsa City Center get the full Tulsa, OK experience. Our hotel's downtown Tulsa location places you minutes from exciting big-name music and sporting events at BOK Center and Tulsa Performing Arts Center, but also next door to quaint, historic neighborhoods and Utica Square Shopping Center. Though the hotel is within walking distance of ONEOK, The Williams Companies, Helmerich and Payne, IBM, JP Morgan Chase and other Tulsa, OK companies, Holiday Inn Tulsa City Center s complimentary downtown area hotel shuttle ensures you'll always have a ride. Hotel going down hill

This was always the hotel I stay st when I go to tulsa which is often. It has always been nice and clean with friendly people. This visit was the worst I have seen alin all my travels and I travel frequently and only stay at holiday in. Express and suites. I will stay at a different one from now on.

Worst Holiday Stay in 20 Years

No shuttle service, took to calls to the hotel staff to find that out and an hour of my time. First person I spoke to yes a shuttle would be there in a few minutes. Was not welcomed as a Platinum Elite member or even a member of IHG. Was not offered any points for staying. Came back to my room after being gone for over 4 hours and my room door is blocked opened with nobody around, had 2 iPads in the room. Internet kept shutting off. Room service staff entered the room with out knocking. Overall the worst stay at any IHG property.

Ok hotel. It was a last minute stop and I used my IHG points for the stay. I do not understand the purpose of collecting points, if you cannot use them at the IHG hotels you want. I wanted to stay the holiday inn express, as it was on our travel route. I was told they were sold out of rooms that I could use points for. Not sold out of rooms, but points rooms(?). The Indigo hotel was 15 minutes off our route, not far, but why so many restriction on point usage? The front desk clerk also could not make me multiple room keys. I’m not sure if the one was made before I checked in, and this clerk was new, but 3 adults and one room key was a little pain in the butt.

Newly Renovated Oakbrook Terrace Hotel's Guests Enjoy Warm Hospitality
Whatever your reason for visiting this beautiful Chicago Suburb, the pet-friendly Holiday Inn Chicago Oakbrook hotel with newly renovated guest rooms features the Famous Bar Louie Restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with over 100 Hand Crafted Beers. Located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Ideally situated off I-88, I-294 and I-355, 19 miles from downtown Chicago and one mile from downtown Oakbrook Terrace. Leisure guests can discover incredible attractions in both Oakbrook and the Chicago area. The hotel is near the Oakbrook Center, the largest open-air premier shopping center in the US, gives you access to more than 160 stores and restaurants, and near Yorktown Center with their IMAX, dining and entertainment. You can travel into the city to shop on the famed Magnificent Mile. If you're looking for high-speed thrills, check out the race schedule at the Chicago land Speedway.

First of all with the coronavirus going on the hotel should be given us half-price off with no pool nor manatees no food limited everything but they still charges full price and this hotel is so outdated and old .. a horrible hotel for oakbrook terrace
