Hola, no me gustó la experiencia de ese hotel, todos los Holiday son garantía y no tengo queja de las instalaciones, el desayuno o la limpieza, pero el trato del personal del Front Desk deja mucho que desear
Al llegar pregunté si hablaban español y secamente dijo la mujer que me atendió que no, y no está mal que no lo hablen, pero sin ninguna empatía ni tratar de hacerse entender, como si fuera mejor que nos fueramos de ahi, con mi torpe inglés traté de hacerme entender y pedí el cuarto.
La salida dos dias despues fué igual, le dije a la otra mujer que estaba ahi que si hablaba español y también dijo No, y nisiquiera devolvió la mirada, entregué la habitación con una experiencia amarga que no habia tenido en ningun otro de sus hoteles por el mal servicio de su personal.....Lo peor es que estoy seguro que si lo hablan o por lo menos lo entienden porque se veian tan latinos como yo. muy mal, no regresaré a ese hotel

Bad experience….very disappointing

This hotel obviously caters to large groups which caused chaos at check in time and at breakfast area. Our room was not clean and the heating system was faulty. Avery outdated and ill maintained property that did not live up to my expectations of Hokuday Inn nor the costliness.

When I arrived at my hotel room, the TV was broken, so they offered me another room. I don't think I even received an apology for the inconvenience. The bar experience was disappointing; the waitress seemed eager for us to leave so she could go home. Additionally, the coffee maker in my room didn't work, and the facilities are outdated. The pool area was also cold. The list of issues could go on.

Pick somewhere else to stay!

Last minute reservation with children on a long road trip. We arrived between 10:30-11pm. Waited at the front desk for nearly 20 minutes with no one on site. Tried calling the front desk several times in hopes that someone would come to answer. There were people in the lobby and when someone finally came, they proceeded to tell all guests to go to rooms or get out of hotel which escalated into yelling and still wasn’t able to check in. If we weren’t so exhausted, we would have gone else where. Finally got to our room where the door did not seal properly and could see light from hallway all the way around the door. The sink and tub did not drain. The elevator sounded so loud and we were afraid it was going to break. At breakfast the next morning, the juice machine was out of order and had a sign stating there would be juice in the side fridge, which did not have juice or any lactose free options. (I have a lactose intolerant child). There wasn’t any one monitoring the breakfast area and a hockey team was there so there wasn’t anything hot left. While attempting to get a muffin for the kids, the front desk lady was complaining about every guest and stating should would have kicked everyone out ect. Staff were extremely rude to paying customers. Overall glad we were only there for 6 hours of sleep and would not return!

Voco Monaco Hotel Management should ensure all personal are doing their duty properly. Not leaving things unchecked. Loud disturbing noise from rooms should be quickly identified and actioned. Guests not getting proper sleep should be avoided. Private room parties must not be allowed in the hotel rooms.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

This hotel experience completely ruined my weekend getaway!!! First, No parking ANYWHERE near this facility... website says they have parking! Had to pay $100 for weekend parking in a parking lot 4 (FOUR) blocks away!!! Old building, rooms are the size of a closet. IHG should be ashamed of themselves!!! Room didn't get cleaned, had to call to get it cleaned, there's a nightclub next door that shakes the entire block with pounding music, dozens of people congregating outside the club, fighting and harassing people that walk by... and you have to walk by BECAUSE THERE'S NO PARKING AT THIS FACILITY!!! Homeless people surrounding the building all hours of the day and night sleeping in the doorway and on the sidewalks, begging for money, NO SECURITY, one security guard inside the building keeping himself safe, NONE outside! WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Breakfast was sub-par, even for a Holiday Inn Express. The juice machine was broken. The pancake machine was broken. The coffee was extremely weak. The scrambled eggs were out for over 30 minutes while we were sitting and waiting for new ones. So sausage gravy for the biscuits. They ran out of yogurt as well. Essentially, we had to go and grab breakfast elsewhere due to everything that was wrong that morning.
