With an unbeatable location, Holiday Inn México Plaza Universidad allows those who visit us to reach the corporate and financial areas, shopping centers, government offices and important laboratories very easily through the main roads (Av. Cuauhtémoc, Universidad, Parroquia, Rio Churubusco). in the southern part of the city, in addition to having attractive recreation centers and sports, cultural and gastronomic shows.

I paid for a room with a hot tub. When I checked in to my room, there was no hot tub. I had to tell them that they can't charge me the same rate for the room. They eventually reduced the rate. I was really disappointed. Next time don't advertise something you don't have available.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was a last-minute business trip in a neighborhood that I am familiar with from my younger days. What a great hotel in a very lively, engaging neighborhood. Close to the Public Theater, and great restaurants abound. Very comfortable bed, incredible shower, comfortable room, and again incredible staff. I will definitely stay at this hotel again

Yellowstone Snowmobile Trip w Friends

We had a group of 23 people come from various states for a 3 night stay. the workers were overall pleasant in the restaurant & bar. But we were all surprised and disappointed that the housekeeping staff came in daily with fresh towels but did not touch beds. Also, the workout room could not be accessed until 7 AM each morning so I had to work out in my room which was less than ideal.

"Restaurant" on premises is not true.

We specifically picked this hotel for the "restaurant on premises" and adjoining rooms. The "restaurant" was a griddle/grill at best - and not even clean. The person working (only one) was busy disciplining her child, who sat at the bar watching TV. I didn't see menus or anything. We left.
The reception desk worker was clearly annoyed by our presence, as she was on her phone. She said she was "unable" to give us the adjoining rooms i booked. She couldnt even get us on the same floor! She wasn't even apologetic - just matter of fact. It was very UNwelcoming.The room was fairly clean, and had outlets near the beds for phone charging, so it was fine for the night. I will likely NOT recommend it.

As stated prior, the location of the hotel was great (14 minute walk to both Bourbon/Canal/Casino). Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Water pressure in shower was SUPER LOW. Food was good but overpriced. Coffee/Specialty drinks were good as well but Starbucks was cheaper. Drink vouchers should include coffee as well. I did receive a free birthday drink (spirit) which was nice of the staff. Please bring back the wristbands to better accessibility to rooms. I felt safe with security being on staff 24/7. I was recognized as a Platinum member but did not receive the perks

Excellent place to stay. Location is great. Room is comfortable and spacious. Bathroon is comfortable and gorgeous. The staff is so nice and attentive. Food at the Holiday Streetcar Restaurant is very good. Overall I had a great experience.

A modern Bromsgrove hotel with easy access to Birmingham, free Wi-Fi, ample meeting space, a restaurant and a spa

You can drive to the Cadbury World chocolate factory for a tour, or discover Birmingham's industrial heritage at the Black Country Living Museum, in around half an hour. Rooms need a face lift

Anything about the hotel is goood, staff are very friendly and helpful. The only down fall is the rooms, they could do with a re-fit. If they looked like the bar area does, then this would be the perfect hotel

Our Mattoon, IL hotel is the perfect choice for both corporate and leisure travelers. Families looking for lodging in Mattoon will not be disappointed by our hotel, located just off I-57 between Effingham & Champaign. We offer you proximity to many local attractions including the Lincoln Log Cabin State Historic Site, Fox Ridge State Park, and the Douglas-Hart Nature Center. Other nearby activities include Lake Mattoon, Lake Shelbyville (11,000 Acres of Water), Rockome Gardens, and shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall.
Situated in a suburban area of Mattoon, Illinois, our hotel is close to several companies including Hydro Incorporated, Mediacom, Bimbo Bakeries, Rural King, Sarah Bush Lincoln Medical Center, and the Mattoon Softball Complex. Clean hotel, but outdated

Stayed two nights at the Mattoon HIE. First off, the hotel room furnishings were outdated and there was not even a lamp/light for the desk area in the room. I had to move furniture to be able to see and use the desk area. To add to the disappointment in the room, the TV was extremely small and not a "SMART TV" unable to sign into any applications or stream from phone to TV. Moving on to the fitness center. There is a TV in there also however, if you are on a machine, treadmill, elliptical, etc., you cannot see the TV due to orientation. Once finished with my workout I attempted to get water from the dispenser in the fitness center and it was empty. I went to the desk and informed them that the water was empty. I was told that they would let someone know and, I could buy water from the vending machine. My next experience was breakfast. The bananas were all brown on day 1 and the same were out on day 2. I threw two outdated yogurt cups away before getting one that hadn't expired. I have learned over the years not to expect much from hotels but usually IHG properties are good. This location was clean, but that is all I can say positive about it. One thing for sure, it did not meet what I would consider to be IHG standards.
