Too expensive

Room and bathroom was extremely small with no microwave only a small fridge. I really felt like I was in a cheap motel for what I pay $1200 for a week it was not worthy.

Bad Customer Service

The door bathroom did not lock and the heating system casing was falling off causing a hazard. I requested to for someone to take look at it but no response. In addition, our room was not cleaned after a long day out. I also requested service but no response.

The Holiday Inn Express® Wiesbaden is a new, modern hotel near the city centre of the state capital of Hessen. Wiesbaden is known as a spa and congress city. The central location in the Rhine-Main area offers good motorway access, so the airport and the Frankfurt trade fair are within easy reach. The beautiful surroundings offer a variety of attractive excursion destinations such as the city of Mainz or the Rheingau, famous for its Riesling.
The city of Wiesbaden offers sights such as the Hessian State Theatre and the casino, the Neroberg with the historical mountain railway, but also the famous Wilhelmstraße and the adjoining gardens are very easy to reach by public transport.

Overall the room was comfortable, except the sink was way too low. I'm not tall, but the sink is still very low for me.

A stylish hotel in a Grade II listed building with an art deco restaurant and free WiFi
Crowne Plaza® Liverpool John Lennon Airport hotel is within easy reach of Liverpool and Manchester via the M57 and M62 motorways, which are only an 11-minute drive away. Drop your car off in the large car park and take a direct train into the city centre from Liverpool South Parkway station, eight minutes away by bus. Liverpool John Lennon Airport is just five minutes away by car.
A Crowne Plaza® Meetings Concierge is your point of contact for organising events. The spacious Aerial Suite and Blenheim De-Havilland Room host social dinners and corporate functions, and you can also hold conferences in the 12 modern meeting rooms with smart TVs. No hot water in hotel for 3 days

Due to boiler issues, there was no hot water for 3 days. Not really anything the hotel could have done, but they could have offered to transfer guests to another Crowne Plaza that is only about 5 miles away.

Roaches and no hot water

Facility looks nice and clean and I have stayed in different Staybridge properties in the past...always appreciate the extra room. However, this facility was a disappointment. First room had no hot water so we were offered another room that also had no hot water. Facility staff acknowledged that this was an ongoing problem and that they had received multiple complaints...they didn't, however, bother to tell me that before we checked in. In addition, while in the bathroom a huge roach came crawling out which I was able to catch and take to the front desk.

A quiet and welcoming stay in the city center of Beja.
The Holiday Inn Beja is located in the Alentejo and is less than 10 km from Beja Airport, 170 km from Lisbon Airport and 150 km from Faro Airport. Beja Train Station is just 1 km away. If you are coming by car from the Lisbon area, take the A2 highway and head south, then take the IP2 to Beja.
The hotel is within walking distance of the city center attractions. Beja, a historic city in the Baixo Alentejo region, is known for its traditional food, fabulous wine, great climate and genuine, warm people. With the city's rich culture, places not to be missed are Beja Castle, the Rainha D. Leonor Museum, the Roman Arch and much more. Wir waren zum 2.mal in diesem Hotel.Beim 1.Aufenthalt 2024 war alles in Ordnung.Dieses mal war so gut wie nichts i.O. Wir kamen um 16h im Hotel an,das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig.Wir mussten 40min.warten.Wir bekamen keine Schlüsselkarte,eine Servicekraft machte uns das Zimmer auf.Später holten wir die Karte ab.Leider funktionierte sie nur einmal,danach musste sie immer wieder neu codiert werden. Wir mussten uns mehrere Male an die Rezeption stellen und darauf warten. Das Personal war einfach unfähig und auch überfordert.Wir wollten ein ruhiges Zimmer;wir bekamen ein Zimmer zur lauten Strasse,mit Garageneinfahrt direkt unter uns.Schallisolierung Fehlanzeige. Zimmertausch ging angeblich nicht,da kein anderes Zimmer frei war.Am nächsten Tag das gleiche. Obwohl viele Leute abfuhren gab man uns kein anderes Zimmer. Im Zimmer war es etwas kalt, die Heizung kann man aber selbst nicht einstellen.Der Fitnessraum war ständig überfüllt.
Bad und Zimmer waren okay. Eine Couch,ein Tischchen, Kaffee,Tee,Wasser und etwas Obst waren im Zimmer.
Schrank,Safe und Kühlschrank gab es ebenfalls. Das Frühstücksbuffet war das gleiche wie beim 1.Aufenthalt 2024. Nichts Bemerkenswertes,und viel zu teuer für diese Auswahl.

AC doesn’t work in majority of the rooms, I was switched three times and my final room wasn’t any cooler than 84 degrees. I also had no hot water the first night to shower!! Horrible!

HORRIBLE PLACE this is not a 2 star hotel but not even a half star rude staff negligent room service, loud drug party hotel smoking and banging on doors and loud partying all night long, pool was dirty hot tub extreemely dirty and chemicals so unbalanced our eyes started tearing up the minute we got in and we had to leave, total waste, mirror in room broken when complaining to staff they argue with us and are rude do not recommend go someplace else
