Checking took a minute because the information was incorrect and still don’t know who was at fault. With us being over 60yr old having 1 out 3 elevators were working but even that 1 kept breaking down with people getting stuck on top floors, or waiting until someone was call to fix the problem took a while. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor with both having bad knees we only had to go up and down one flight, family (50+) had to travel up and down 8 flights, Rooms were not cleaned throughly sometimes not towels, had to call to get them, sometimes late after being out all day and ready to shower and relax. Bed was too soft for me, wife was fine but did notice stains on the pillowcases. Bathroom is too small especially for a big man or woman for that matter, having the door right at the toilet is a squeeze. The food was not worth the money (a cup of plain tea $4.40), a for service the waitress on first day (sorry for got her name) very young girl was attentive, efficient and helpful, service was good and gave us recommendations of places to go but all others we had to flag them down to order or even to pay, service was very slow even when it was very few people dining. Wife is an IHG rewards member did not recognize we always travel together only need one

Hi LeJen82,
Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. Ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay for all guests, especially those with mobility concerns, is a priority, and the elevator issues are truly concerning. Safety and accessibility should never be compromised, and this matter will be addressed immediately. Housekeeping inconsistencies and delays in service do not reflect the high standards we strive to uphold, and these concerns will be reviewed with the team.
The dining experience should always feel welcoming and efficient, and while it’s great to hear one of our team members provided excellent service, it’s disappointing that others fell short. A rewarding stay is essential, particularly for IHG Rewards members, and the lack of recognition is not acceptable. Someone from our management team will be reaching out directly to discuss these concerns and work toward a resolution. Thank you again for your honest input—it’s truly valued, and steps will be taken to improve.

I am a long-time IHG customer, and I'm sorry to say this was my worst experience. Everything was broken at the hotel - the elevator jammed multiple times a day (often with someone in it), there were issues with the dryer, so we had one to zero towels regularly over a 4 night stay. No coffee in the lobby in the morning. Tiny rooms with small windows. No conditioner in the shower. No apologies from the staff.
The women at the front desk were doing their best, and should be commended, but I would absolutely recommend against staying at this property - especially for over $300 per night on the weekend (and not a holiday or special event).

Hi SD12,
Thank you for sharing this honest feedback. As a long-time IHG guest, expectations for quality and service should always be met, and it’s deeply disappointing that this stay fell short in so many areas. A fully functional and safe environment is non-negotiable, and the recurring elevator issues, along with the lack of essential amenities and housekeeping inconsistencies, are unacceptable. These concerns are being taken seriously and will be addressed immediately.
It’s appreciated that the front desk team did their best, but no guest should have to endure multiple service failures without acknowledgment or resolution. Every stay should be seamless, comfortable, and reflective of the high standards expected from an IHG property. Someone from our management team will be reaching out directly to discuss this further and work toward a resolution. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention—it’s invaluable in making the necessary improvements.

I stayed at this hotel last year and had the best experience. This stay we had two different rooms. The first room had an awful stench so we asked to be moved. Won’t go back. This was our second stay in a week.
