Absolutely will not use again.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and encountered several issues that made my stay extremely disappointing.
First, my original reservation was switched to a different room, but upon arrival, I found that the toilet paper holder was broken, and the room had an adjoining door to the next room, where loud children were screaming, making it difficult to relax. Because of these issues, I had to request another room change.
The new room was supposed to be an upgrade, but it had its own set of problems. The TV did not offer half of the channels it was supposed to, the bathroom fan made loud clanking noises even when turned off, and the mini fridge emitted a terrible noise all night, making it difficult to sleep.
Beyond the room issues, one of the elevators was out of order, and the only working one smelled strongly of cigarettes, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, when I brought up these concerns, the staff was not helpful at all, simply because I had booked through a third party. This lack of customer service made an already frustrating situation even worse.

For its excellent location, the Holiday Inn Express Mexico Basilica is the best option for both business and leisure travelers. We are less than 15 minutes from the Mexico City International Airport, just 10 minutes from the Central Norte de Autobuses, 15 minutes from the Palacio de Bellas Artes and the historic center, main avenues such as Av. Circuito interior and Av. Calz de los misterios is nearby, giving you easy access to other areas of the city. Start your day with a complimentary American-style breakfast buffet, relax throughout the afternoon, and work out in the gym. At night, rest in comfortable rooms designed to give you the best night's rest. In addition, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi, a meeting room and a Business Center.

En ninguna momento fui reconocido como miembro Platinum IHG.
No me informaron sobre el funcionamiento de estacionamiento, asi que sali tarde por regresar a validar la tarjeta el prier dia.
Se me informo en el Check-in qu eme incluirian las noches de estacionamiento, pero al momento del Chek-out resulto que solo me habian cobrado una noche, lo que me resulto en una segunda factura.

Van dos veces que me alojo en a un precio de mas de $150 por noche y la calidad de la estructura del hotel está deficiente. Solo un ascensor pero no hay compensación al huesped por pasar mucho tiempo incómodo esperando el ascensor. No creo volver a hospedarme ahi hasta que solucionen ese problema.

This west Omaha, NE hotel location provides our guests with easy access to all the area has to offer. Many shopping and dining options are very close in the Shops of Legacy. Sights nearby include; Village Pointe Shopping Center, Westroads Mall, and Lake Zorinski Recreation Area. Henry Doorly Zoo, Nebraska Crossings Outlet Mall, TD Ameritrade Park, and Charles Schwab Fields are all just a short drive.

Disorganized

We attempted to stay last week. We were given 3 different rooms, and each one was not cleaned. There were two staff members working the check-in but when i came back after the third fail she pretty much said she didn't understand what was going on. She left leaving one person at check-in. I was told to have a seat, and I would have to wait until housekeeping called her back. Meanwhile i would guess 10 more people came in to check-in. Also, there was a Pit Bull roaming behind the check-in counter, I assume it belonged to one of the staff. Another lady was in line to check-in with her dog. The Pit Bull went nuts and tried to jump the counter. The ladies dog then proceeded to poop all over the lobby. She cleaned it up with some tissue. There was so much commotion going on I never did get at answer about my room. I tried to get her attention, but she would not look at me. I left and canceled my reservation in my car and went to anther hotel. I have been an IHG member for 20+ years and I have never experienced anything like this.

They never told us that the hotel was ben renovated, rooms were dirty, TV did not work, the parking lot had nails from construction and no parking
Many parents got a flat tire
So disrespectful and dishonest
Shame on the managers that never told us the truth
besides that, they never even bother to give our team a discount for the stay.

Sewage Room, Unkept Hotel

The room we were assigned to smelled like sewage so bad that we ended up driving back home and not staying there. The light fixture was messed up, the sheets were stained, and there was unclean water in the stairwell.
The entrance was nice, but other than that, it looks more like a motel than a nice hotel. The hallways look bad, the rooms are generally poor, and would say to avoid this hotel.

Poor management

I would not stay here again until they got a remodel. The 1st night we had our toilet break while my kids were settling in so we waited to change rooms the next day. Just to get into another room that was broken the bathroom door would not lock. The furniture is falling apart. And this is a noisy hotel.
