Disappointed

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The room looked very worn and wasn’t well maintained. The breakfast room had empty or nearly empty food service. I had stayed at this property previously and it was in much better condition.
The nearby Town Place hotel is similarly priced and is better maintained.

I definitely don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. While I was checkin there was 2 people who took 15 min to checkin just me. Next morning I called restaurant for room service 4 times . They didn’t answer my call . After that I called FD they said restaurant will call to room , Again no response , even after 3 hours I came to FD and mentioned them , they replied why don’t you came to restaurant for breakfast . Which was not appreciated. I asked that FD girl for room cleaning and extra towels . There was no extra towels .then I called again for towels. In evening we bring our dinner from outside we need some plates . I stopped by FD I requested the lady in evening she directly pointed me to go to restaurant to take plates. They gave very poor service . I felt all FD agents were so disrespectful and don’t know the meaning of customer service . When I checked out even the boy in morning replied when I said I’m checking out from 324 - just “okay”. I hope I could mention the name of all agents but they don’t had there name tags during there shifts.

Hotel was old and not well maintained. Restaurant was not open for breakfast until 7:00. Too close to freeway and noise from road and other equipment outside of motel prevented a good night sleep,

no funciono el aire acondicionado

Muy amable el personal y muy limpio y todo solo que no funciono el aire acondicionado y por el contrario hacia mucho calor el la habitación, me dijeron que estaba completamente lleno y no cambiarme la habitación y amablemente me subieron un cooler el cual no funciono y me terminaron dando un ventilador el cual poco hizo , de verdad estuvo muy incomodo dormir con calor y mas q uno va de trabajo y ni descansas al no poder dormir.
me aloje del 25 al 27 de marzo, la mañana del 26 le informe a la persona q estaba limpiando las habitaciones y cuando regrese en la noche nada se había resuelto y nada pudieron resolver, muy amables y todo pero no sirve de mucho la amabilidad si el problema sigue.

If you feel like discovering and enjoying Monterrey, a few minutes away from the hotel you will find the Contemporary Art Museum, the Mexican History Museum and the famous Macroplaza . Enjoy a day filled with entertainment at the Sesame Street themed park, enjoy a long walk at Paseo Santa Lucía or take a bike ride at Parque Fundidora . Servicio agresivo en el breakfast

Rente una anotación para mis familia del 27 al 30 de septiembre del 2024 y en cuanto llegaron hacer check in los recepcionista no fueron amables con un actitud mala al igual que en el área de breakfast la señora de la cosita fue muy agresiva y corrió a mis familiares porque si estadía no incluía el desayuno pero de envés de ser amable al decir eso fue muy grosera , espero y tomen a cuenta este suceso y tenga buen personal amable en las áreas del hotel .

Great spot for a bad hotel

The check in took over 2 hours to get into my room. The staff did not even attempt to help or even apologize when I finally went back up to the front desk to check on the reason for the delay. Amazingly, the room was then ready. I’ve stayed here before but never again.
