Check Your Bill

Issues started from check in.
Our 5 night booking was split into three bookings, which made no sense to us and was highly inconvenient as we then needed to pay three separate holding fees.
We were then told about the “resort/destination” fees, which I don’t care what any Check in staff say, they are not clearly disclosed at the point of booking and are enforced upon you.
We requested alcohol be removed from our room, we had to twice request this and then when it finally happened the hotel/room service staff obviously don’t speak to each other because we were then charged for the entire mini bar not once but twice as separate charges on my credit card. I really don’t think this is legal as charges should be authorised before occurring. So we made yet another visit to the front desk to have this sorted out.
The rooms are outdated and need a refresh but the view was good.
I am an IHG ambassador and after the service at this hotel, I wont be renewing again.

Worst experience I’ve had. Ignorance of some of the staff and miscommunication. A couple of the staff were decent but overall it wasn’t enough to sway me. Problems from check in to check out.

High-end hotel near Milan Linate airport, with a congress centre and fast city connections.
Completely refurbished in 2020.
Set in a commercial area just off the A1 motorway, Crowne Plaza® Milan - Linate hotel is 15 minutes' drive from Milan Linate Airport.

I wish the breakfast was richer and catered to guests from all countries.
The attention and interest of the staff could be better.
Reception staff do not answer the phone and do not return calls.
I would expect the reception to be more friendly and sincere with the guests.There was not "Dare to Connect"!

Twin room booked on check in told only had a double , 2 adult makes sharing! No sleep and no care from hotel staff! Assured second bed would be put in room for second night but never appeared again with no regard from staff!

Great location but room terrible

We arrived after a four hour journey. Was very excited to get into the room. When we go into the room and the room really smelt awful. I really tried to ignore it but was so bad. No window to be able to open. I went to use the toilet and the brand new toilet roll had BLOOD on it!!!
We moved rooms. It was better. The spot light was flickering which was really annoying when I was getting ready for an evening out. The matteress was well used. The sofa wasn't cleaned and full of hair etc. The bathroom looked nice. Only thing was that the shower plug was blocked, so when someone got in the shower it would take ages for the water at the bottom to go down. So unless I wanted to shower with my feet in someone's dirty water then I had to wait ages.

I will never stay here again. It was very run down. The headboards in my room were covered in faux leather and parts of both headboards had been peeled off. The lamp shades were in poor condition and it smelled very strongly of cheap cleaner that had been used all over the place like there was some odor they were trying to hide. I was sick after staying at this facility.

Explore Auckland without downtown prices. Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy lush gardens in the hotel and close proximity to local attractions. On arriving in Auckland after your flight you will enjoy our four hectares of lush garden. You are just 4km to your comfortable accommodation from Auckland Airport by hotel shuttle. The Yellow Bus is a hotel to airport transfer service operating 7 days a week and calls upon the hotel approximately every 25mins ($8 one way).

We had dinner in the restaurant. Food was overpriced and the most expensive we had seen in NZ. Waiter delivered the food with no manners and did not want to talk to us. The food was not very good and small portions. I expected much more from this hotel.

Daughter was bitten by bugs overnight.
Breakfast was a slimmed down version of what is typically provided at this chain and items were not hot.
Staff seems to take smoking breaks together leaving front desk without coverage in the morning.

Ok for work

Hallways and entry to elevators or ice machine were very dark. Hotel pool and hot tub were closed for more then a month due to broken line. Lost wedding band in my room and housekeeping said they didn't find it.
