This hotel is dirty and has a foul odor. The floors throughout the hotel were filthy and sticky. The trash cans in the lobby, lobby bathroom and outside were over flowing. They couldn’t get our group block of room right. Never got my confirmation. Told we had a free breakfast for all occupants but had to sign up for no maid service to get 2/3 free breakfast. They didn’t have all the options for breakfast that were on the menu and with only 1 person we stood in line for almost 30 minutes to get a yogurt. Our beds weren’t completely made, bathroom light wasn’t working, trash cans were sticky and the a/c unit panel was broke. I would never stay here again.

Stay at our Campbellsville, KY hotel situated just off Highway 210 in the middle of beautiful Campbellsville, KY. Our hotel's location is great for both business and leisure travelers. I have stayed at numerous IHG facilities and been a member of IHG for 20+ years. Room 103 in Campbellsville should never be used. The commercial dryers on wall adjacent to headboard make it impossible to sleep. Noise dampening from overhead footsteps is terrible. Changed rooms to top floor. At 11:30 pm and 12:30 am we were awakened by loud talking in hallway. Premises were not clean-dried mud on loading area and doorway mat unvacuumed and covered with debris the entire time we were there.

Customer Service Lacking

I normally stay on the lower level (1st floor) when staying at hotels. After traveling 11 hours to get to Chicago no lower level rooms were available without the waiting so I accepted upper level rooms (3rd floor). We stayed two nights. I know there is Covid but I thought someone would at least empty garbage from the hotel room and bring some extra towels. None of that happened. Also I expected to at least have coffee or some type of breakfast choice like I had at another Holiday Inn. At that particular hotel they had a worker stand behind a table in the food area and pass customers coffee or a breakfast item. Even breakfast in a bag would have been acceptable such as the lunch on the go bags at some hotels. There was no one at the front desk to answer questions when I came down to ask things. They were somewhere else. For the price I expected better.

It’s Ok

The lobby and overall design of the hotel is nice. The manager was absolutely amazing, very nice lady and hardworking. The room was nice and spacious, enjoyed the king sized bed; but the room felt very damp. And I found a random sock in my room that wasn’t mine. My towels had little brown stains on them. I didn’t bother calling the front desk or saying anything though, so that’s my own fault. I’m sure the manager/staff would’ve been happy to rearrange my stay if I requested it, I just think a sock and the towels shouldn’t have been an issue to begin with.

We stopped here while passing through. There was no double Queen available except the suite which was far from a suite. It was a double Queen with a pull out couch. I feel we paid way over what we should have for the room but we had driven all day and we’re tired. The beds were comfortable but there was only 1 towel in the bathroom even though this was a suite for sleeping 6. There was no conditioner in large bottles attached to the shower wall which I discovered after already in the shower. Not a great start to my morning. The breakfast was good and staff was nice.

The front desk person was nice and had customer service skills. The beds were very uncomfortable. There were stains on the sheet and pillowcases for the pull out sofa bed. Lots of Noise after 1 a.m.
