Facilities were nice

The rooms were great. I had an issue with billing for some items I purchased from your market store. The clerk could not resolve issue and I have yet to receive a receipt for my purchase either by email or mail.

Great stay

Great stay, good price for the room. I did not have a microwave AMD the door let some of the sound from outside into the room, but otherwise it was very nice, I wouldn't expect anything less from an IHG hotel

Great hotel

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was excellent, the room very comfortable, the atmosphere was quiet for a great nights sleep. The bed was very comfortable. And being picky about what I eat, I was pleasantly surprised about the healthy breakfast options. I would most definitely stay here again.

Hotel was modern looking, new and clean. I liked the hooks in the room (instead of a closet) - we all hung up our jackets instead of throwing them over the chair. I really liked having a glass shower door instead of a curtain.
