Disappointed stay

The hotel used to be a nice full service hotel. Now the bar is very limited in what they offer. The hotel offers breakfast for a price however, when we went down to order breakfast, we discovered no one around and the breakfast was nothing more that the same continental as an express hotel except limited and they charged $8.00 for it. We stayed looking for someone from wait staff but no one was around so we left and went elsewhere. The front desk people were not very helpful when they were behind the desk which was limited. Most of the time there was a sign stating temporarily away from the desk. Be back shortly. They need to step up staff training for sure!

Poor experience

Location was the reason for selecting this hotel.
Check in was OK but the parking registration is so slow it’s ridiculous.
Room was clean and good size.
Went to the bar in the evening for a bite to eat, the service was awful and I had to chase my food after waiting over 30 minutes (it was not busy).
Sleeping at this hotel is awful. There is a train line no more than 50 meters away and the trains started at 0400hrs followed by linen delivery at 0615hrs.
Awful night and it dragged down my meetings the next day.
Will avoid at all costs when next in the area.

Swimming pool out of order, water in room yellow and windows curtains dirty

Only stayed 1 hour 30 mins, checked out before at 11.50am on the 20th feb 2025. Room was not acceptable hairs and dust all over curtains, windows. Bath rusty and yellow dirty water, swimming pool out of order. After a 20 hour journey from the UK with a very sensory non verbal Autistic child with Allergies, Asthma it was not safe for us to stay there. The reception apologised they could not fix the pool for a week. Left hotel and had to pay for another sister hotel.in full. No one has been in touch.

Front desk Staff was terrible

During our stay we booked a double bed room to accommodate 4 ppl we were visiting family. Both the nights we 4 or less people stay since we booked a room to accommodate for 4. Our children on the first night stayed with family that we were visiting. There. Only having two individuals stay the first day and the second night we had 4 stay. We had family pop in to visit us for a little bit when we first arrive and the front desk lady stopped and asked the children if they were staying with us. As my sister-in-law was leaving, she hadn’t stopped her and made a comment about having so many children despite being told already that they were not staying. Moving forward the morning of breakfast the day we were checking out. My son was stopped by the same lady expressing that we were only supposed to have two people in the room and that we were going to be charged extra fees. Mind you she had never stopped me or said anything to me. The entire stay up until this point when I approached her to ask what the issue was. She continued to say that we had more people in the room that we were supposed to and that we were allowed to have guest visit, but nobody was allowed to stay, which is what happened. Furthermore my sister-in-law lives three minutes from the hotel so there would be no need for her and her kids to stay. They were coming to visit and go to dinner with us. Very distasteful and very rude and the way that it was handled an extra $50 was charged to my card stating for the use of amenities by other individuals who are not guests. Mind you none of these individuals stayed or had breakfast nothing.

Not Worth The Bucks

The front desk clerk was rude. Sunday morning clerks were too busy talking that they gave me floor mats to dry with. There was hair all over my room, tables, shower and floors. I was too tired and stressed to go to another hotel, so I cleaned and disinfected my room. I have never stayed at your hotel and paid the fees of a weekly stay.

My room had bed bugs and roaches

My experience with this hotel was horrible. This hotel had bed bugs in room 219 went to sleep woke up at around 10:20 at night due to my arm burning itching and stinging. Went to the restroom looked at my arm and had bed bug bites. Went to the bed to look around and there was living bed bugs on my pillow case and inside my pillow. Went down stairs and got moved rooms at round midnight only to find out the next day when I went to hang up my jacket there was a cockroach on the wall and bugs and bug shells in the carpet. Tried to talk to management and I was offered 1000 points which I didn’t want seeing I’ll never stay there again because it nasty and even had a roach in the shower when I was showering. I Tried to talk to hotel manager and the manager contacted me the morning after I checked out and couldn’t do anything about it because I had already checked out. The managers where never there when I would arrive in the afternoon or in the morning before I would leave to solve any issues I had during my stay. I didn’t get any type of reimburse any for the trouble or problems I encountered during my stay. This hotel says they have an indoor heated pool and it’s been broke for months but they leave the door unlocked and it’s nasty looking. The breakfast on the first morning had more options then any other day. Management said they would be in contact with me and that was a week ago and I stayed there two weeks ago starting on a Monday. Customer chat refused to do anything either saying the hotel is responsible for making things right. I will not give this hotel or company any more of my money it’s not worth having to get bit by bed bugs poor sleeping of the fear of getting attacked by bed bugs in my sleep or cockroach getting in my personal items and then I had to treat all my stuff before returning home. Also they had broken parts of a black rubber glove in the making of the bed when I check for bed bugs.

Poor quality rooms, rude staff, avoid this hotel

This hotel is quite run down and the staff is extremely unfriendly and rude.

We had booked a one bedroom suite. When we checked in the suite assigned was extremely noisy and not fit for occupancy. It took a one hour wait for them to assign us alternate accommodations which was a step down regular suite. The second suite had strong stinky smell and we had to air it for multiple hours to make it minimally tolerable. The hotel staff refused to refund the difference between the fees for the step down accomodations.

This stay was a nightmare

As I previously stated nothing was operable , the facility was over priced for the quality of service that was offered during my trip . I didn’t appreciate being checked into a facility before anyone informed me of the current condition of the facility. Clean comfortable but horrible staff

I was treated nice at the beginning but at the end was completely the worst experience at a hotel I’ve ever had . Completely rude lied about not being able to give me a invoice at check out. Couldn’t give me a late check out cause my postal code was Canadian. Wouldn’t accept cash to close out the invoice. Charged my card 6 times and at the end charged me over 500 dollars. I will be seeking legal action. Franchise business like this should be ashamed
