Veg food on evening buffet was extremely poor.. I called chef and he did agree on it …. I would not recommend going for it …

while food in room service was delicious

I visited in early Feb Delhi Aerocity Holiday inn and was not able to lower the temperature in the night and time were hot …

Bad experience, uncaring staff

We were in town for an event our granddaughter was attending. This property was close to the venue, and offered a suite. We were given a 4rth floor room, which we didn't find out until the next morning had no hot water for showers. The toilet filled the bowl and drained very slowly (as if partially plugged), and the elevators stopped working during check-out time. We ended up carrying our luggage down 4 flights of stairs to be able to check out. All we were offered were a "sorry" and a shoulder shrug. We don't typically typically stay at Holiday Inn Express, and while we understand things can happen, other franchises have worked to make it right. We spent $200 for one night here, with no hot water, a questionable toilet, and no working elevators when we needed them most... and they didn't seem obligated to do anything to make it right. Enjoy your $200, HIE - it's the last penny you will ever see from us or our family.

Would Not Recomend

Reserved a jacuzzi room was given a standard room, and did nothing about it as those rooms were already given out. Pool had algae green tint, alo had heave green slime on the side tiles. and gobs of hair floating in the pool, beer cans and garbage left on tables and chairs in the pool area from the night before

Disappointing stay

We stayed at this hotel in the past and did not enjoy the breakfast but the hotel stay was good so we decided to try it again. Not only was the breakfast unenjoyable this time but the cleanliness and the hotel upkeep has declined significantly. Carpets were dirty in the room and hallway, rust in the tub, peeling wallpaper in the room and general uncleanliness. Shower water pressure was low and water temperature was not as high as we are used to. We will not stay at this hotel again.

Was not worth me using my honor points for the room. I should have saved them for another property I hadn't stayed at before.
This was our 2nd visit and it surely does not cater to Adult enjoyment. No pool time whatsoever for those who especially need it and not for play time.

Frustrating service; terrible shower

(1) Upon check-in, I learned someone had changed my reservation from 2 queen beds to 1 king. When I asked to change it back to 2 queen beds, the hotel increased my rate $50 despite the e-mail I received from IHG with the original, lower rate for 2 queen beds (I had both a hard copy and an electronic copy of the e-mail with me at check-in). The hotel desk staff said there was nothing they could do to help me and referred me to IHG. After lengthy telephone calls with 2 different IHG departments, IHG Guest Relations opened a case, reviewed the documented history of my reservation, and, in the end, reduced my rate back to the original number. (2) When I requested a late check out, the hotel desk staff told me I couldn't request a late check out until the following morning. Per his instructions, I requested a late check out the next morning, only to be told that they had max'd out the number of late check outs for that day. When I told him that I had tried to ask the night before, he changed his decision and granted me a late check out. (3) The shower water pressure in the room was pitiful. This IHG experience was very disappointing.

bad stay

drapes dirty, bathroom chauk missing in shower. elevator broken when i stayed there in june 2024 and the same for this stay feb 2025. just excuses from staff.
i will not stay aqt this hotel again and will not tell anyone else to stay there. as we travel alot we also have stayed ant holiday inn. i hope you will address this issue with the owner of this hotel.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, but room had a musty smell

Bed was great. Breakfast was great. Room had a musty smell that was very strong. After filling the jacuzzi tub, the smell started to fade (I believe this is where the smell was coming from). Carpet and furniture was stained up. Staff is a 10/10, very quick and helpful with all needs.

Comfortable bed

The carpet as you walk in the door still had food on it and the carpet was wet by the bed and a light bulb was missing by the bed
