As a parent that travels often this has been my worst experience so far. To start, the valet team misinformed me upon arrival regarding the price to either self park or valet. Secondly my room was dirty. The front desk was informed but was unable to get housekeeping to come assist or move us. The room smelled like mildew and the bathroom was not clean. I have pictures. The tub did not drain properly so the water was above our feet while showering. The hotel had only one elevator running during check out hours. We waited 30 minutes for a elevator. My disabled mother was trapped in the staircase attempting to get ice. The ice machine are only on 2 floors and you have to get a key from front desk to access. This was not explained during the check in process. My mother was forced to walk down to the bottom where she had to exit the in the kitchen. No accommodations where made and the cost of the hotel doesn't meet the quality that was provided.

Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel. Except that the front desk send someone in the morning to ask us check out at 11:00 AM. As a member, I thought I can check out at 2:00 PM however, the front desk said no because I didn't ask to check out at 2:00 PM.

Stayed for one night on transit prior to flying elsewhere. The last time I stayed here it was a Holidsy inn back in 2019. This time round it is a Crowne Plaza which was ok. Staff were good and attentive and made me feel welcome in the reception area. The restaurant was a disappointment, the chicken burger I had was mostly breadcrumbs with a little bit of chicken in them, with chips that may have been under a hot lamp for too long as they were crunchy outside with no potato inside. I did point this out to the Waitress but it was shrugged off. Room was comfortable with a nice upgrade for us. However, there was an adjoining door to the room next door where the soundproofing could have been better but sadly not only could I hear the pinging to the arriving elevator on one side of the room, but had to lesson to the horizontal jogging activities of the couple next door. It appeared that they certainly enjoyed themselves. The gym was ok for a basic workout Overall, I was slightly disappointed in this hotel and this stay but I would stay again, mainly because I’m a fan of IHG hotels

Comfortable hotel near Puerto Vallarta International Airport
In the vicinity of the Marina, the comfortable Holiday Inn Express® Puerto Vallarta hotel offers guests the best experience for business and leisure travel. We are a short distance from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport , close to the International Convention Center and 19 minutes from downtown. We are the closest hotel to the city's industrial zone with a location just steps away from Hospiten Hospital, a renowned medical tourism center.
Get to know Puerto Vallarta while enjoying the sun at Los Muertos beach or take a tour; and visit the beaches of Las Caletas and Yelapa or the Marietas Islands.
So, there are two HI-Expresses in Vallarta, about 2 blocks apart. This location and their newer location. After checking in, I learned that there had been a bed bug infestation at this location a while back. My bed had a new mattress, thank goodness. But you could really tell that resources were not being invested in this property. If I had to guess, the owners are trying to off-load it to another brand and focus on their other location. The breakfast is really good though. The pool kind of sucks, there are no pool towels and the gym equipment does not work. Also, if you send anything to launder, all they really do is press it, stains be damned. The rooms do not have mini-fridges or microwaves which are normally in al HI-Express rooms. The coffee maker was sub-par. Getting a written copy of your receipt at check out is impossible, btw.

We are located near TransCanada Highway 1 and offer free parking. Discover our indoor heated pool with a 1.5 story waterslide, hot tub and stay fit with our 24-hour Fitness Centre. Our guest rooms and suites feature free Fiber Optic high speed Internet access, flat screen HD TVs, refrigerators, microwaves and more! Stay connected with our 24-hour Business Centre. Entirely nonsmoking hotel is located in the east side of Regina and is just 15 minutes from Regina International Airport YQR.
Holiday Inn and Suites Regina is located near downtown Regina and local corporations such as Brandt Tractor and John Deere. Our three meeting rooms and our staff great service, makes our hotel best place to meet. Leisure travelers love our hotel and great location near exciting attractions such as RCMP Academy Depot Division, IMAX at the Regina Science Centre, Royal Saskatchewan Museum, Wascana Park and Mosaic Stadium home of the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
While the overall cleanliness of the room was fine, our experience with the staff was very poor. While relaxing in our room that evening, we were startled to hear someone using a key card to gain entry to our room...and they were successful!! This person was a stranger and was given access to our room. The front desk then phoned us to ask who WE WERE!! (umm...we are the people whom you assigned this room to in the first place!!) I tried to phone back to the front desk to speak to a manager about this situation and was unable to get through using the room phone, so had to use my cell phone. We were assured that this situation was completely unacceptable and that a manager would be in touch with us the next day to explain what had happened and work to ensure something like this never happened again. We were never contacted about this issue and to top it off.....we were then billed an extra $60 on top of what we were originally quoted for the room. We did however get that price resolved the next day. I feel that this hotel did not provide the safety and security that guests should feel when they are checked in to a room, and certainly did not follow up when a mistake was made.

Most things about this hotel was poor quality. I was charged 153. 00 too stay in the room less than about 10 hours. My room had dirty vents that irritated my sinuses. My overall experience was poor. I cannot recommend anyone too this location.

The stay was in March. The air conditioning did not work and the room was extremely uncomfortable. Front desk just said that is just the way it is. No air conditioning due to “climate” issues. Breakfast was poor. Cold eggs and stale food overall. Dirty area. Had to pay $8 per person for shuttle to airport. Overall not a very good experience. Location to airport probably gives it a free pass to be mediocre but convenient.
