At Holiday Inn Zurich, we do everything we can to make your workday better. We begin our mission by offering you the best location: Our hotel is located across from the Zurich Exhibition Center and just a ten-minute drive from Zurich International Airport. If you arrive by car, you can park in our underground garage - and use our charging stations for electric cars. Public transportation will take you to the city center, the bus stop is right outside our hotel. You have a choice of rooms, from Standard to our Executive Corner Room. Alles funktioniert reibungslos in diesem Hotel, bei Rückfragen oder Wünschen gibt es keinerlei Probleme, alles wird umgehend erledigt bzw. berücksichtigt.
Ich werde wohl noch einige Male in diesem Hotel übernachten und fühle mich wirklich sehr wohl dort.

Atención del personal impecable

El hotel Crowne Plaza de Ankara está a la altura. El trato del personal fue de lo mejor. Arreglaban cualquier tema y estaban atentos sin entrometerse. Algunos aspectos del edificio mostraban signos de desgaste, pero aparte de esto, todo lo que se puede esperar de un Crowne Plaza.

Comfortable hotel close to Bilbao, with breakfast, free Wi-Fi and free airport shuttle.
Holiday Inn Express Bilbao is only 2 km from Bilbao Airport and 20 minutes from the city centre by bus. There are plenty of green areas around to go for walks.Green Key ecolabel certified.
The sights of Bilbao city centre can be reached by car or by bus that departs from outside the airport. The iconic, Frank Gehry-designed Guggenheim Museum Bilbao houses a world-renowned collection of modern art. There's also a Fine Arts Museum, and in the delightful Old Town, you can eat traditional pintxos and browse independent shops.
At this hotel, you can enjoy:

L'hôtel est très convenable,rapport qualité/prix sympa, niveau restaurant c'est un peu léger pour ne pas dire insuffisant,pour un jour de semaine plus aucune salade possible , il n'y a plus de laitue donc pas possible.Progrès à faire rapidement , le petit-déjeuner très faible , jus de fruits concentrés industriels ,viennoiseries rassies , peu de choix , café imbuvable.

A thoroughly enjoyable two nights and I look forward to staying again in the near future. The room, beds etc. were very comfortable and quiet. All the staff were so pleasant and accommodating and I could not fault them in any of their duties. The food and drink were first rate too. I have already recommended this hotel to several family members and friends.

Good value but pool area getting tired

We booked a package deal with dinner, an executive room and breakfast which was good value for money.
Overall the stay was enjoyable, good food, friendly staff, nice room and a modern bar.
The things preventing me from rating 5/5 were:
The rooms and facilities are in need of a refresh; I have been staying here for about 5 years and during that time it doesn't appear as though much work has taken place or any redecoration. There are a number of tiles missing from the steam room seats and wall for example, it looks very tired and gives the impression of being unhygienic as water pools in the gaps. The tap in our room leaked and was quite corroded. The shower enclosure in the room had mold patches.
Some finickity points perhaps but these small things did bring the overall experience down for us.
Overall the stay was enjoyable, good food, friendly staff, nice room and a modern bar.

Stayed in holiday inn glasgow airport before but will use holiday in express in future far better in every wat and having the car parked at the hotel is a big bonus
