Countryside hotel beside the A2 motorway, close to Lucerne, with free Wi-Fi and breakfast included
Surrounded by countryside, Holiday Inn Express® Luzern-Neuenkirch hotel is set in a service area beside the A2 motorway , making it a convenient stopping-off point in central Switzerland. Free outdoor parking is available. Rothenburg train station is a seven-minute drive away – from there it's a 15-minute journey to Lucerne .
Lucerne , 12 km south of the hotel, has plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops. Explore the picturesque Old Town, take a cruise on beautiful Lake Lucerne, or visit one of the local museums, such as the Swiss Museum of Transport and the Rosengart Collection of modern art. Outdoor enthusiasts can head to Mount Pilatus , a 25-minute drive away. Emmen Center , the biggest shopping mall in the region, is just 20 minutes' drive away.
Visiting on business? You'll find three meeting rooms for up to 30 guests. There's a printer and a computer in the lobby, plus free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Great detailed information about hotel and how to get into town.
Only negative - no skimmed milk at breakfast, but this is being addressed for the future.
A hotel to stay at if flying from the airport.

Great location overlooking Southend airport. The restaurant on the top floor is a real treat with floor to ceiling windows looking out over terminal and taxiways. Food and service were excellent.
