Leisure facilities

Ein Hotel mit internationalen Ambiente. Sehr gemischtes Publikum. Über Flugpersonal aus den asiatischen Raum über geschäftliche Gäste zur Messe oder zu Veranstaltungen im Hause.
Ist es sehr voll kann es mal zu Lärm in der Nacht im Flur kommen oder auch zu Schlangen am Fahrstuhl kommen.
Die Lage am Main läd zu Spaziergängen am Abend ein.
Aber die Nähe zum Bahnhof macht es verkehrsgünstig aber auch das entsprechende Klientel ist dort zu Hause und kann einen Abschrecken.

Amazing service!!

From the moment myself and my friend checked into the hotel, we were impressed. We were greeted in a warm and friendly manner, checked in quickly and guided towards our room.

The room itself was spacious, clean and tidy. The amenities were more than acceptable and were put to good use. Hairdryer, kettle, tea and coffee available, tv, toiletries and free wifi amongst others. The beds were comfortable, warm and cosy.

As we were in newcastle for a gig, we got all dressed up and went out when we were ready. The reception staff were amazing. Evem going so far as to take a photo of us on request and call us a taxi to get us where we needed to go.

Arriving back at the hotel, the night time staff were more than helpful. Providing us with extra pillows and a little pot of toothpaste because we forgot ours. They even provided glasses and an ice bucket when requested so we could continue our night in our room.

The next morning, the breakfast staff were excellent. They worked quickly and efficiently, keeping the breakfast stations well stocked and clean. Breakfast itself was a little basic? But more than enough to be satisfactory. A small selection of cooked items and a larger selection of cereals, fruit, pastries and muffins.

Our checking out was just as quick and easy as our check in. Again, staff were professional, jovial and eager to help where they could.

Lovely weekend

We had not visited Newcadtle before and we were very surprised at the city. We found lots of interesting buildings old and new.
We lived the quayside and the atmosphere around there of the market on Sunday morning.
