Good hotel!

It was a very nice stay.
the only issue we encountered was that room was always too warm even after turning off the heater. During one of the nights temperature was -12C according to the weather service and we even had to open up the windows for the whole night.
Hotel is slightly off the city and we did the get in and out of the hotel in Uber which was well priced (about USD$5.00) and about 15-25mins from Red Square. So distance was not an issue.

Great Staff and Nice Hotel

Some of friendliest staff have experienced around the world. Attentive and ready to help. Would definitely go again. Near good additional facilities business or leisure travellers would enjoy like shops, cafes etc with good access to centre. Taxis never cheap so recommend train/metro but always available. Highly recommended!

Gentilissimo ospite,
siamo spiacenti che il Suo recente soggiorno c/o la nostra struttura non sia stato confortevole come di consueto. Ci scusiamo se il materasso non era comodo per permetterle di riposare adeguatamente. Lo standard dei nostri materassi e cuscini è di buona qualità. Invitiamo sempre i nostri ospiti a segnalarci eventuali anomalie o disattenzioni durante il soggiorno , le misure delle nostre camere sono standard, ci dispiace che la seconda camera assegnata non sia stata confortevole. Nella speranza di poterla accogliere nuovamente nel suo prossimo soggiorno.

Fairly average airport hotel, as reflected in the price.nice food and rooms however.
Still waiting for my 600 P C welcome bonus points, despite being assured at check-in these would be credited promptly.....almost 1 week later!

Good business hotel close to airport

Decent modern business hotel close to Brussels airport. The bar is good but the food menu was limited due to kitchen works. My status wasn't recognized which is annoying given how often I stay there but otherwise was okay.

Toutefois prix extrêmement élevé comparé au niveau de vie local (les prix n'ont pas changé depuis les dévaluations répétitives de la monnaie locale) et bien au-dessus des prix pratiqués par mes autres partenaires dans des villes comme Moscou, Astana, Almaty ou Baku.

The best experience ever. We were delighted from the moment we arrived. As members we were taken up to the 8th floor to sign in. Dinner up in the Premier Lounge was phenomenal. We were delighted with all the little treats that kept coming and they more than accommodated my egg allergy.
The room was spotless and we had a lovely view of the acropolis. The bathroom supplies offered more than most including mouth wash and a good quality range of shampoos and cream.
I would definitely stay again. The staff were outstanding.
