The Staff of this hotel are incredible. Always friendly and welcoming. The central location of this hotel is perfect for getting around town without the need for a car or taxi. Extremely close to the train station and there are always taxis out front of you do decide to use one.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect example of how a good hotel should be!!

Most friendly and helpful staff and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more friendly, giving me directions to a function I was attending along with a helpful map and facilitating an early check in. Everything about the hotel was exceptional, and I don't give praise lightly. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in both bar where we had lunch and room service where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The room is wide and clean everyday. It provide good sleep and relax time for me. Just one bad thing break fast do not open 6:30 everyday.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, wonderfully clean.
Beds so comfy I felt like the princess and the pea in the super sized bed.

The only let down was the moodiness for a couple of the staff. And being an espire member I didn't feel that it was as good as it should be.
The rooms weren't down in the hotels books as being pre paid - I had confirmation and actually spoke to our booking agent who then had to call the hotel to confirm this.
I had to pre pay for 4 rooms even though all had been paid for by the company. I didn't feel it was felt with as well as it could be.
