Great rooms and location, for this I would recommend the property, breakfast experience, staff interaction needs improvement, on that side no 4star property experience. No indications at buffet breakfast. Although very few people on a Saturday morning some tables were not cleaned and the cleaning car was still in the restaurant waiting for use. Friendly staff at check-in and check-out. During breakfast someone from management who was discussing a remark from a customer in the kitchen where other guests could hear this and afterwards the same guy was talking with someone at reception from housekeeping about a bracelet without helping others to do check-out. While I was still waiting he went out to smoke a cigarette, not even a simple can ai help you… Service improvements needed.
