Yes, I recommend this property.
We chose this hotel based on the proximity to the downtown area, as well as the photos we saw online. I loved the “New Orleans” feel of it, as opposed to a standard hotel in other locations I’ve stayed at on different travels. The staff excelled in their professionalism and friendliness without being fake; the beds were comfy; the dipping pool was clean and provided a mini oasis for my kiddo and I; the food was fresh and tasty; and any questions were addressed quickly. Extra shoutout to Sean, Chase, and Brittany. We stayed during the first part of Jazz Fest (didn’t have a clue til we arrived), and the hotel was busy, but they all stayed in high spirits throughout.
