Travelers looking for the most comfortable and convenient Extended Stay Panama City Hotel can make the smart choice by booking with Candlewood Suites Panama City Beach. Located directly on Panama City Beach Parkway and at the heart of PCB Pier, this pet friendly and family friendly hotel is close to the best shopping, restaurants, sports fields and entertainment that the city has to offer. Our Pier Park Hotel is easily accessible by car or plane, as we are near Highway 79 and 15 minutes from the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport ECP.
Live, work and unwind in one of our suites, which comes equipped with a full kitchen, executive desk and comfy recliner. We have all of the amenities important in a business hotel. We are perfect for long term stays with complimentary onsite laundry, lending locker featuring toaster ovens as well as a 24 hour snack shop.
With Public Beach Access only 0.7 miles away, we are the perfect kid friendly hotel for your beach vacation. Softball, baseball, football and soccer teams that are participating in tournaments held at Frank Brown Park (1.2 miles) will enjoy the easy commute from Candlewood to the fields. Pier Park is a short 6-minute drive away and is home to boutiques and a variety of local and national restaurants. We are a short distance to Tyndall Air Force Base & HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital. Aaron Bessant Park is also close and is host to events like the Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam & Thunder Beach.

Wonderful Staff - Rooms not so much
No, I do not recommend this property.
I travel every week for work nationwide, IHG is my go to each week. This hotel is not up to the normal IHG standards. First room 421 had ants crawling all over, walked in, walked right back out. Second room offered 201 had spiders and lots of mosquitoes, (I have pictures if needed), thankfully no ants though. The room was ok and that's saying a lot. Nothing special. The "suite" had a separate room with a TV, couch, table as a work space, were there absolutely NO lights, not even a lamp. There was only one small trash can in the bathroom.
Outside of the hotel did not have any garbage cans.
The staff were super nice and helpful. However, I will not stay here again.
