Will Never Stay Again
I travel for work every week, with that said, I stay in IHG hotels every week. No one thanked me for being a Spire member, no mention of welcome points. During check-in, I requested to be close to the exit and the elevator (due to having broke toes), did that happen, NO! Was given a room (341), actually next to the furthest room in the entire hotel and nowhere near an exit or an elevator, had to claim tons of steps, it was awful. My foot stayed so swollen and it was painful.
The hotel is OLD, not clean, the rooms do not have a mini fridge nor a microwave. The bathroom was dark, not well lit.
The ONLY wonderful part of my stay was the nice bartender and the rib-eye I had for dinner.
I do not recommend this hotel.
