We were visiting to attend a concert and stay just overnight, and this hotel was in walking distance to the venue (and walking distance to museums and tons of delicious food)! The staff were wonderful and the facilities were clean and nicely decorated. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They even held our suitcase while we were out after checkout. Rooms are always tiny and expensive in the city but if you find a decent price point, and the place is clean and just for sleeping, you hit gold. The noise level is always a factor, too...but we did not find this location to be very noisy at all. The main thing that is a dealbreaker for us when traveling is the bed (and nearly all hotels have mattresses that are too soft for our issues--so we prefer really firm beds that most people would hate). We would still consider staying here again if we are in town for an event. The free espresso drink for guests, complimentary water, and chocolate biscuits were all a nice touch!

We stayed at this location twice while traveling to break up a long drive. We had some very nice staff members who greeted us, but other times they did not even acknowledge us when we told them upon check out that the television/remote was not working. There was some kind of party in one of the other meeting rooms and it was a bit loud. Some of the people in the hotel were sketchy, as well. We usually stay at another nearby chain but wanted to try something different. While both properties are a bit worn out, the service at the other place is better...It is easy on and off the highway, and there are lots of stores and gas stations nearby.
