The brand-new voco™ Brussels City North is located at the innovation campus of Living Tomorrow. The campus where they decide what tomorrow looks like. The hotel is situated amid a green landscape, but easily accessible via the E19 and E40 motorways. It is a ten-minute drive to Brussels Airport.
Drive easily into the city center of Brussels, which is located 10 kilometres. The train station is located 5 kilometres from the hotel.
Spend some well-deserved me time in rooms that offer personal voco™ touches, quality bedding and eco-friendly amenities. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

Some people and companies do not learn and don’t improve. Definitely “no go” for anyone used to IHG service in other locations except France. DO NOT RECOMMEND this property to anyone sane.

Welcome to Hotel Indigo Rome - St. George. The hotel boasts a privileged position for discovering the wonders of the Eternal City. 5 star luxury boutique hotel located in the enchanting Via Giulia, in the heart of the historic center of Rome, a few steps from Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori, Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican Museums. The boutique Hotel Indigo® Rome - St. George is characterized by an atmosphere full of charm and history. The ancient Renaissance walls surround the contemporary design environments and the modern interiors blend perfectly with important historical testimonies. The large travertine stones on the facade, which come from the Colosseum, recall the shape of modern sofas. The building's Renaissance style and travertine marble walls decorate the lobby, restaurant and bar, all examples of great eras. I was there in January and forgot to write a review. So start with the bed sheets were torn, 😂😂 the room was never cleaned properly, the hygiene standards super low, the bar was very cold and friendliness of the personnel is below 0. Not recommended for stay in Warsaw

Loved my stay in Athens this year. The hotel is worth the spend, the service was good, breakfast and bar food was good, location is not superb, but they always have taxis nearby so not a big deal.

Was traveling with my friend and since last Spring staying in Intercontinental Berlin was such a joy I asked to stay there, which I regret now. The room was much different vs last year even though they claimed I was upgraded as Platinum member. The phone did now work, when addressed to reception in the evening the personnel allowed himself to turn his back, did not listen and was not able to manage the situation even though there was no drama, no emotions just the facts about phone not working and not being able to get basic amenities. When address to GM of hotel the issue was not resolved - no formal apology by reception employee for this immature unprofessional behavior, nothing. Phone was not working still by the way. What can I say, guess the owners of hotel decided to save money on qualified personnel. Such a deterioration of service in a year. Amazing. The lady checking room numbers for breakfast was very arrogant and communication style felt racist, issue also addressed in the feedback form. Do you think someone asked me anything? No, why? Because GM seem to be an arrogant himself in my opinion based on how the issue was handled. Next time I’m in Berlin definitely bo go to IHG hotels. They seem to be badly managed in that city even in the claimed 5 star ones

Spend one night. Definitely first and last. No recognition and bonus points as IHG rewards member. No upgrade even though Rooms were available. Unclear how to call reception, when had to go downstairs and asked all questions the only answer I got was - I’m working only 2 day, I don’t know. Should I care? No, if the hotel failed to do proper onboarding, induction and provide instructions that means that the hotel management is completely incompetent. Why should consumers suffer?! The bed and sleep were great though, despite the road construction. No go next time I’m in Brussels

The hotel is nicely located away from tourist crowds, but in October the AC is turned off and it is incredibly hot inside the rooms. Even though they had spare rooms they did not upgrade as a platinum member. The bed is another story - want to have sleepless nights - use their beds and pillows. I don’t know where do people sleep when they say they had good sleep in this hotel. The cleaning is terrible, you can see they did bare minimum. The staff at reception was very helpful. By the way breakfast is like 2 star hotel. Cheap drinks and food. Avoid if possible. Definitely - no go in the future. No one contacted after the survey was complete - that tells a lot.
