First time we have stayed here, but would do so again. Close to the tube, busses, a ten minute walk to Oxford Street and close to Regents Park. The staff were great especially Amir and Estrella, both going the extra mile to help us. We will stay here again.

After staying at 70 IHG hotels so far this year this hotel would be in the top 5. Not only for the comfort and ambience but especially for the great team. Andrea the duty manager was always attentive and caring. Lucy-Lee in the restaurant in the mornings, Alisha, Raheema and Anisa on reception. Sorry to anyone I have missed as you are all a great team. We really hope to get back here in the future.

No, I do not recommend this property.
As a Diamond Elite member we have stayed at many Holiday Inns all over the world. This had to be the most disappointing. The room was far too hot and very small, the bed was far to small for two people, the rubbish bin had not been emptied, the soap container was empty I could go on.... The only thing we can give a big tick too was the breakfast. The staff were friendly. We will not be back.

No, I do not recommend this property.
When we booked this hotel we believed we were going to stay in a grand old building. (Pictured on their website) When we pulled up outside we were advised that the hotel was at the back. What a shock when we saw this dilapidated building with panels falling off in some areas. When we learnt this was the hotel we were devastated.
If we could have moved on we would have. We would have lost our money.
The room was no better, creaky floor boards both in our room and the floor above. Hence we had so little sleep. The room next door had a child that cried from very early. The blue badge spaces were always full -some cars without blue badges. The staff were very kind especially Allan. The only thing in its favour was the beautiful location. We will not be back and will not recommend this place.

We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. The rooms are clean and spacious and the bathrooms fantastic. We have made friends with some of the old staff and now the new ones. Special thanks to Parag for going above and beyond in the endeavour to fix a problem caused by the IHG web site. He did not give up spending almost 1.5 hours to fix the issue. Thanks also to Sally and Kath in the Club Lounge and Alex and the reception team. We hope to be back next year.

Great location to explore Liverpool. It was a few feet from the arena and 5 minutes from the docks and hundreds of restaurants. Interestingly on the night we paid a very reasonable rate, drinks and canapes were offered to all. The second night when the price doubled there was no happy hour. Also they did not supply tissues. In all the hotels we have stayed at even through covid tissues were alway in the room. They state they are green, but most of the cups are made of paper or something. This is not green as they have to be thrown away. The staff were great especially Guillermo and Mike. We would stay here again and bring our own tissues.

CP Limassol is located on the beach approx. middle of the island making it easy to travel all over including the Turkish north. Although I have recommended this hotel it has many drawbacks. The room we had was very small, it had no amenities, not even a shower cap. Even the toilet paper was the worst we have ever used-a false sense of saving money as we had to use a meters at a time. The accommodation area of the hotel is in urgent need of refurbishment and updating. The reception, restaurants, pool area and gym are great. The staff were incredible. Richmond and Shavel in the bar, Constantino the concierge, Mario and all the reception team. In fact all staff we encountered were fantastic. The staff made all the difference.
